I used to love this place, now it's definitely down the drain section, we waited an hour and ten minutes for the food from the moment we ordered. I asked for bacon avocado Benedict eggs, the eggs were hard boiled and the bacon was so burned that it was like eating coal, the crepes would have been a good flavor if not for the fact the were drenched in chocolate syrup instead of a few lines like the picture. Last time we went, was almost eight months ago and we were trying to give it another chance, but this was even worst than that time when they brought something completely different that we have ordered.

Today was one of the worst. This is just about the time to wait on the food. Restaurant clean, waiter very good but it would have been nice to know they didn't have many cooks. We waited 50 mins for our food, finally we was told they just started on it. 50 mins later. I HOP DO BETTER AT LEAST tell us their will he a 45 to 50 min wait. I mean if I was in a hurry we would have to got up and left.

We ordered French toast on doordash, but were given nothing but a bare slice of French toast. I paid for strawberries, bananas, and whipped cream, but didn't receive it. Thankfully when we called to complain, they gave us a free meal, and apologized for the inconvenience. It was still frustrating eating a barren piece of bread 🤦🏿♀️
Came at 5:09pm and we were the only ones here not a vehicle in sight not even from the workers. We can hear them laugh in the back acting like highschoolers. Clearly talking mess when we went outside to grab something. Unprofessional. Maybe hire experienced people, not people that would act like they did. I'm sure they don't care though. Nothing will be done about it poor customer service and respect. Wouldn't recommend with the staff available.

Almost didn’t come here after the negative reviews but I love IHOP pancakes and I am so glad we visited. Sara was our server and she was wonderful. The food came quickly and was IHOP worthy! If you like IHOP I hope your visit here will be like mine!

Sat at our table for almost an hour after our order was taken. Some tables that came in afterwards got their food. Flagged down our waitress and asked where our food was. She came back about 10 minutes later and said there was an issue with the printer and our order never went through. Took our order again. It came out about 15 minutes later. My French toast was cold, the clue should have been the butter never melted and my husband's breakfast was burned.
