Order online food said it was ready went in waited over a hour to be told food was being worked on. After three people said it was still being worked on .it turns out it was ready the whole time sitting on the door dash shelf. And only got a apology the last lady was nice enough to go out of her way to find it after 3 other people couldn't.

My experience was badass it was cold as shyt though and the girl Nicole my waitress was fine I think this food going to be good once they get to me I'm not giving no bad reviews because the cook Charmaine be off the chain. The meat in my Colorado omelet was black on one side. Pancakes were overcooked also. To top it off, some employee in the back was singing the entire time, and she really needs to keep her day job! Only the second time I've given an IHOP a bad review.

Great experience this morning! Quickly seated, pot coffee, and drinks! Staff were very friendly and attentive!
The waitress was nice and sweet. Butttt the food was cold the steak was gray. Although the manager on duty attempted to fix all the issues with our order she seemed not interested in our concerns about our order. I feel like she needs more training in dealing with her customers. And the cook needs more training. Completely disappointed with this ihop and will not be returning again. Just sad.
