Waiting over 40 minutes for food. Still got order wrong. This is in drive through, so had to end up going in to check order status. No excuse for over 40 minute wait time!!!! Will not come back!! Would not recommend!!!

I ordered a meal well in advance for pickup. It was not ready at the estimated arrival time. The crew seems super depressed. Other uber eats drivers were being turned away and recommending they change from crispy to original. The food is mid. The team is slow. There was a manager in a polo who didn’t seem to be bothered to lift a finger to support the swamped team.

Every time I go to this kfc something is always wrong. I put my order in right when they opened and I went there 20 minutes later and my food still isn’t ready and then the lady tells me that’s it’s going to be another 30 minutes for my food . Plus the lobby isn’t opened and no sign on door. I try to cancel my order but it won’t let me do that! What is wrong with this place??
