Little Caesars Pizza

Always have a shitty experience this time I ordered a head was made to wait in from then I decided I had waited enough when in the store to be told by the drive thru dude “oh I just need to package it” pizza was cold had been sitting there ordered extra cheese didn’t get that and also there was no sauce on the cheese bread do better

Ordered custom pizza extra topping got a pep hot and ready. Should have checked it at the store but noticed when I got home across town. Called but they told me to bring the whole order back. Bites and bread are now getting cold with me in the lobby and I’m waiting for remake. They could have started that on the phone.

I have been less and less nowadays. Only because the service has gotten so bad and in the past 5 visits I have had to wait 15 to 20 mins for as many as 2 pizzas (1 cheese& 1 Pepperoni) nothing special. Everytime there's a wait even if there's no line. Food isn't to bad but there's always to much sauce not enough toppings the bread sticks barley warm and can't get that magical flavor of butter parmesan because there's none on them. It's sad to watch a place we call count on to be hot and ready be warm and tasteless.

Visited there on 9/6 around the two gentlemen were discussing how they hated it there and were only there for a paycheck. Well by the looks of my pizza they were being very honest. I spent 30 dollars there and it was the worst decision I've ever made. The first boxes had so.much cheese on top of the pepperoni you would think I asked for triple serving of cheese, then the 4th box fanceroni was nothing like described had less than 100 peices was drenched in oil couldn't even digest any of it. Tried one from the hot and ready and it was just as bad. Took photos just to let you all understand what I dealt with it seemed as if the cheese was thrown on top of the pepperoni and the other pizza was dipped or sprayed with so much oil.

Went through the drive-thru and got to pizzas and some breadsticks and a drink for 30 bucks. Can't complain.

I don’t know what’s happened to Little Caesars but something is going on. Actual customer service is good but what used to be a consistent average pizza is no longer any good. Maybe it’s training that is lacking but the pizza has minimal cheese and either under cooked or overcooked. Hopefully they figure it out.

I could use the pizza I got as a weapon because it was so damn hard! Hot and ready doesn't mean repeatedly cooked in the oven until it's as hard as a brick!

Pizza was really good. employees were more worried about driving through then walking in.

On feb 26 i stopped by to get a couple of 3 meat pizzas, breadsticks and wings. While at the window, i give them my card. I noticed that the employee walked away from the counter and went to the back for a few minutes, returned and gave me back my card. He told us to pull up to the front of the store as it would take sometime to complete the order
When they finished making the order they gave me 3 pizzas,2 3-meat pizzas and a classic pepperoni with a side of wings. I told him i didnt order 3 pizzas and my breadsticks were missing. So they gave me the $8 back and let me keep the 3rd pizza. After sometime they finally completed the breadsticks. They were kinda short staffed so i gave em break.Simple misunderstanding. No big deal. I wasnt mad at all.
But heres the weird part about all this. 2 days later...i received a fraudulent charge $153. This has never happened to me before. IM NOT ACCUSING ANY LITTLE CEASARS EMPLOYEE OF ANYTHING AT ALL,
But the fact is this was the only resturant that ive been to and the only place that had access to my card.
