They hold delivery orders hostage for excessive lengths of time making their online customers suffer because they don't want to serve people in the order they were placed. They should let delivery drivers use the drive thru like every other fast food restaurant in town because it actually makes sense instead of coming with their own terrible method and acting smug about it when its brought up. I have issues with the drive thru every time! They can not take my order correctly because they get in a hurry. The management is very rude because they do not want to take 20 seconds to correct the order. They are going for speed and not accuracy. This is the worst McDonald's short of one in Detroit! Retrain the staff and management, please! It's like they're not even trying to give average service. How many HUNDREDS of 1 star reviews do you need before you fix this issue?

I ordered a burger with lettuce and pickles ony. Our receipt said "only pickles" "add lettuce" as it usually would and we first received a burger with "only onions" and it did have only onions. So I figured we got someone else's burger. We went back through and let them know and they sent us to the second window only to then give us a burger with everything on it just "add lettuce" and "extra pickles". Completely ridiculous that they messed up twice and had annoyed attitudes about it. Service was trash. I understand the first mistake, but when we come through to get it fixed and It's completely wrong, that's just negligence. Go to any other McDonald's.
