Best Papa John’s location in NM I have been to. They’re never stingy on toppings and ingredients, and they always do their best to make hungry customers happy. Evenly proportioned pizzas and are very careful & respectful of dietary restrictions.

The only pizza chain that has a soy free crust. With that said, this store is terribly inconsistent with its product. Sometimes raw, sometimes looks like someone threw it at you, then picked it up.... This is standard for service in this region so, it is what it is.

We just ordered pizza this evening and who all were working tonight 11/18/2025 did a fabulous job on our pizzas. They were portioned right, cooked right and had very fast service. Thank you for hitting all the spots we didn’t know we had.

We did pick up on Thursday night and our order wasn't ready, so we decided to wait in our car. The employee was very nice and when our order cam up he brought it out to us. I felt so bad that I didnt have cash so I gave him all the change I had. He didnt have to do that, and feel like he went above and beyond. Thank you so much!!!

Gotta say Papa John’s has some great pizzas!!!! To top it off the manager, Daniel, did everything he could to ensure I was satisfied and the pizza was amazing. I can’t remember the other gentleman’s name, I believe it was Dave but he was great too!!

I’m currently unable to walk without a walker, so I decided to order carryout—thinking there was a drive-up option. When I called to ask if someone could bring the food out to my car, the staff didn’t hesitate for a second and kindly said yes.
They came out promptly, handed me my order, and were incredibly kind and attentive throughout the process. That level of service really stood out to me.
Because of their compassion and outstanding customer service, I’ll definitely be returning.
Had a pizza delivered. It came back up about 2:00 in the morning where I vomited on and off for the next 5 hours. Along with diarrhea and everything else. I did reach out to Papa John's Alamogordo and got no response whatsoever. I was so tempted to bring them my garbage bag full of vomit and leftover pizza for money back!

If you order during lunch it seems to take forever to get your order! During dinner isn't much of an issue tho. Unfortunately the quality of the pizza varies from amazing to 100% terrible 😔 yesterday I ordered two pizzas and swear they were both 50% crust with no toppings. Other times you never know what your gonna get or how soon. Half the time its either a doordash driver, and the other half a Papa John's... TBH the Doordash drivers always arrive sooner 🤷
