, too slow with service, no cup to drink from with ice! No buffet anymore , have to pay for little ranch and marinara, no Parm for the pizza!!!!! If so you have to pay for it now! Where’s our old pizza hut where you enjoyed to go! No one but me and my boyfriend and while leaving one other couple. So expensive now! Wow! Once a year maybe for us
I have placed an order before 11:30am, and they never told me that they don’t start making deliveries until 3:00pm. They just said that it gonna takes about 90 minutes.
If I don’t called Customer Service phone,and they transferred me to the store, I never realized that information. They think that just saying sorry for the inconvenience you have a solution.

The Supreme Pizza was cold and stale when it was delivered. It tasted like it was laying around for a couple of hours, then reheated. I don't think it had any sauce, and hardly any cheese.
