I called into this store to place an order for delivery. After spending several minutes on the phone with a lady who took my order, she then asked if I wanted anything else and I told her no. She then rudely puts me on hold and returns back on the phone to tell me that my order is only $8.78 and that the minimum order for a driver to deliver is $15. I then said forget it and told her I would order from somewhere else and hung up on herl! It's nice to know that they didn't appreciate my business as a customer and certainly didn't value me as a customer because I didn't order enough food from them to even care about what business they could have earned from me. I can't understand why they have such a greedy unethical policy like this as you always pay a delivery charge on whatever you order??? This attitude here is only dangerous and reckless as we are currently in the middle of a recession and all businesses are doing what they can to stay afloat and earn customers business! I ended up calling Domino's as they were glad to accept my business and certainly didn't impose any unethical minimum order amount on my order! I will never waste my time with this store ever again. Shame on this store! ZERO STARS!!!

I got a large Spicy Hawaiian Lover’s pizza today. It was pretty good. And yes it was spicy. Customer service was great. The app was kind of wacky when ordering. Overall this is a solid Pizza Hut. You can tell the employees care about the exterior and interior appearance of the store just as much as the appearance and taste of the food.
We had a disappointing experience from the moment we walked in. The staff member who greeted and served us — acting as both host and server — was noticeably rude from the start. One of the most concerning moments was when they told a child they couldn’t have their own water bottle inside, despite the extreme New Mexico heat. That alone is unacceptable.
We still tried to give it a chance, sat down, and hoped things would improve — but the attitude only continued. The overall vibe was unwelcoming and unpleasant, we ordered drinks and ordered a kids pizza but had been met with more attitude so we decided to leave before ordering the rest and left all our unopened drinks on the table.
👎 Would not recommend this location. Basic kindness and customer service were clearly missing.

I like Pizza Hut Pizza so stopped after a long day on the road. Was greeted nicely and gave my order. Half hour later, I finally get my personal size Pizza. Why so long? Looks like online orders take precedence so I wait and wait in the lobby. Just because I walk in does not put me on the bottom of the list. Good Pizza, nice staff, but way too long to get my food
