We were very hungry after a day at White Sands National Park and most of the dining places were closed on a Sunday evening in Alamogordo. This pizza hut came as a savior. Breadsticks were on the house and were gone as soon they came 😊. Food was served quick and hot. Staff was amazing.
Always hot and on time. Take-out is the same way even when you run late. Reconstruction work is in progress and that's why I gave a lower rating for atmosphere. Will change after reconstruction work is complete.
Vegetarian options: The create your own pizza are a favorite as well as the pasta and melts. My friend is a vegetarian and there are not many restaurants that cater to those of that menu. So glad pizza Hut has a variety to his likings.
Lazy place, and on few different occasions I have been just to have my order messed up every time they refuse to do anythingand are rude. This place is failing and it's sad

A person in the store won’t give the door dasher the order even tho in the app it says they may continue the order without a bag. It was an older person who may have a broken arm at the moment. Does not know customer service should be fired the way they talked!

Can't use rewards points or coupons. I spend a bunch of money ordering here and the staff is nice, but I can redeem the points I earn to get more pizza. On the app it says this location doesn't honor the points or any other coupon I try to enter.

Most pizza huts are delicious and I wish I could rate the food, but I can't because I waited an hour in an empty store for a pizza that never got made. I watched them make pizzas and send them out for people who arrived well after me. After the fourth customer got three pizzas while I was still waiting an hour for my first one, I asked for a refund and left. The manager was very unbothered by my wait and frustration, leading me to believe that it was intentional.
