Been sitting in Drive Thru to pick up my order for 8min. 2 workers have walked by the window and neither one came to say we'll be right with you or have you been helped. The lady keeps coming and grabbing orders from back but doesn't come to the window. They need training on Customer service, because to sit here for over 10min. now and nobody has acknowledged I am even here. Absolutely Ridiculous!! Inside not very busy and it took 15min to pick up pizza that was sitting in warmer ready.

Waited 45 mins for my pizza that should have been done when I got there. Received a half hearted apology and nothing for my wasted time. A worker and a manager were fighting in the back. Very unprofessional. They blamed the kid.for.messing up.my order and making me wait but offered nothing for my time. Next time, I'm going to dominos instead.

I called into this store to place an order for delivery. After spending several minutes on the phone with a lady who took my order, she then asked if I wanted anything else and I told her no. She then rudely puts me on hold and returns back on the phone to tell me that my order is only $8.78 and that the minimum order for a driver to deliver is $15. I then said forget it and told her I would order from somewhere else and hung up on herl! It's nice to know that they didn't appreciate my business as a customer and certainly didn't value me as a customer because I didn't order enough food from them to even care about what business they could have earned from me. I can't understand why they have such a greedy unethical policy like this as you always pay a delivery charge on whatever you order??? This attitude here is only dangerous and reckless as we are currently in the middle of a recession and all businesses are doing what they can to stay afloat and earn customers business! I ended up calling Domino's as they were glad to accept my business and certainly didn't impose any unethical minimum order amount on my order! I will never waste my time with this store ever again. Shame on this store! ZERO STARS!!!
