Went in for a date with the lady the other day, we both just wanted a nice quiet night out without the kids. It’s been a while since we got Pizza Hut, since it’s a tad on the expensive side, and we’ve not come to this specific one since we don’t actually permanently live here in Alamogordo, but we kinda regret it.Our server was amazing, she was very sweet and attentive. Didn’t catch her name, or I just don’t remember it, she’s a bigger lady, looks about 20, but she was great. Very friendly and even helped us save some money by making sure we got some deals which was greatly appreciated. Sucks that they don’t have fountain drinks, but that’s not her fault.Anyway, it was nice at first, but damn near the whole time we were there we could hear the manager yelling at all the employees in the back! It wasn’t just one or two times, it was over and over. We saw her a couple of times. She’s older, got short hair. She was wearing her cap backwards. She’s the one you can’t really tell whether it’s a man or a woman til she opens her mouth. I could only make out bits and pieces of what she was yelling about, but just the yelling made me and the wife very uncomfortable. Can’t imagine how the employees felt.Our food took forever, but they were pretty busy as far as I could tell, there was maybe one or two other tables in store but tons of people coming in and out for pick-ups. It was dry and the pasta was very small. breadsticks had bits of cheese or something on them, burnt.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend the experience. I’ve worked in food service before and I’m not one to enjoy it when employees are getting berated. One time sure, but like I said it was constant. You got a mean manager the food comes out bad, in my experience. Just gets worse the worse the manager is. It’s all overpriced garbage in the first place, but man that really soured our mood.

We decided to have some pizza for Pi day, and the pizza came quicker than anticipated, I got a deal for a free pizza, and the delivery guy was friendly in spite of the large influx of orders!
Old lady with the short hair working the front was gave the rudest customer service I've seen. Wouldn't answer questions, barking at everyone in the store and just made for a terrible

I believe I order pizza every other week and my family I are in LOVED with Pizza Hut!! ?? from the freshness, customer service and the points you get using the app! It comes in handy for last minute dinners ? I appreciate the staff and the time they take to make sure their customers are taken care of! Even when accidents (every business is not perfect) happen, they will make the effort to go over and beyond and that is the “customer service” that we are lacking today! Thanks y’all!

Standard place, like the pizzas offered. Friendly and punctual service, Beers available (a rarity...) near White Sands NP. And on the way to El Paso. This was our choice for this trip (the rule is 1 Pizza Hut per trip), but it probably could have been better.

Visited on Friday, Jan 5th. I helped my handicapped wife inside and we sat in a booth. Nobody waited on us for 20 minutes, so I walked up to the counter and glanced in to the kitchen. Three young adults looked at me and returned to what they were doing without any acknowledgement that I existed. After 10 additional minutes, we decided to go somewhere else for dinner and left. In the parking lot there was a red pickup with a Pizza Hut sign on the roof. I waved to the male driver and said "thanks for the great service". He said something sarcastic that I couldn't hear. But he didn't acknowledge anything else. Very condescending and rude. Wouldn't recommend dining in, order pickup, or delivery if this is how they treat Seniors!
