Ordered a simple combo meal and waited over 20 minutes for them to get me my food. Pretty sure they must be starting with live chickens, it took so long. Will not return.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen! I’m not sure what was wrong with the young lady that was working there, either was high, new (doesn’t excuse her) or just did not care, but she moved extremely slow and didn’t act like she knew what was going on. A customer had to ask her if she would take his order. She knew I was picking up and order because I told her, never gave me the order, waited about 20 mins until someone else asked what I was waiting on and I finally got it. Makes no sense! They weren’t even busy! She needs to be fired.

My chicken sandwich tasted good, and so was my mom's fried chicken. But the biscuit and coleslaw didn't taste good sadly. Wasn't the best, but we were hungry

Me and my bro shared a surf and turf and we were supposed to get 8 shrimp but instead we got 4, it was a disaster tbh, and my bro wrote a review as well.

We will be avenged with a better one.

Terrible. Ordered shrimp box, lady at the counter said she would put some popcorn shrimp with the butterfly shrimp since we had a hard time deciding, she was new and didn't know apparently they couldn't do that, came with literally 2 butterfly shrimp and 4 popcorn shrimp. Reader's digest version: manager argued with us at the counter over it. Refused to fix it and just give is popcorn shrimp until the cook in the back said he would fix it for us because they were already having so many issues with other customers. So I appreciate that, but then the manager made a big show about throwing the food away and the other employee fixed it. Nearly an hour waiting, watched multiple other negative interactions and other customers walking out or getting refunds. Don't bother auto replying, I'm taking this to corporate anyway. Also, Juana was the manager, she is the worst example of customer service I've encountered in a long time, if not ever, other employees tried to remedy.

When ordering, the manager said that the meal came with eight shrimp, but they gave us four, and the chicken was so old and chewy, the biscuit also tasted like it had been sitting out all day... AND the manager (Juana) didn't even want to even make the effort to fix it, argued with us at the counter

This mfs always make me wait at least 40 minutes and always miss the items. The worst Popoyes store in the states

Would not recommend my ex wife

Came here after going to the national park. My order was simple but it was too much to handle. I’m not one to leave a bad review, but I didn’t receive my sauces or extra sides that I ordered. When I tried to go inside to get my things the doors were locked and nobody would answer. It was 8:15pm. I couldn’t go back through the drive-thru because there were about 8 cars and food would probably be cold by the time I go through the line. Awful service!

Waited in line for 20 minutes at the drive through just to receive 1 of the 2 items I ordered I got all of my 5 piece spicy tender but the chicken and fries were the driest and rubbery food I’ve ever had, on the other hand I ordered a kids Mac and cheese meal…the only thing in the bag from that meal was the apple juice and apple sauce, HOW DO YOU FORGET THE MAIN PART OF THE MEAL. The service is absolutely terrible and as always they forgot the sauce for my tenders.

They are not open until 11.

Chewy chicken tenders soda water and extended wait time iv been unimpressed since they opened totally not like any Popeyes iv been to ....-1 for my book after 3 trys
