Rocket City Family Fun Center

Great place to spend time with family or even have a date night. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a blast playing laser tag. The kids really enjoyed bowling. The food was also very tasty. There were issues with the tickets we won not going on our card and showing a balance of zero, but there are bound to be a few bumps when opening.

Well nothings changed here ..ordered drinks from two different servers ..not even busy and left without ever wanting to come back ...you will not have my money anymore ..very very disappointed

Drove all the way from Cruces Sunday to find nothing on. Please fix your hours on google. Doesn’t matter to me though as I won’t bother making the trip again.

It is sad this place no longer is open, they are closed prementaly.

Don't know why this hasn't been updated at all, but this place has been completely shut down for more than a year.

The Chinese investment firm that opened the place skipped town a while back and left us holding the bag, now the city's trying to figure out what to do with the place.

Very sad situation.

Closed? Can I get a refund on the tickets I never got to spend? If you re-open, this town will do whatever it takes to shut this back down.

This is probably the worst arcade and bowling experience I’ve ever had. We showed up excited to bowl and play laser tag only to find out that 20 of the 25 lanes were broken. That meant the wait was 1h30 even though the place was quite quiet. Laser tag was also closed due to insufficient staffing.We then decided to try to play arcade games. There was no place to spend your tickets. Also, approximately half the games were broken. Many games looked like they were funcing too, so we had to waste crs to discover the machines were broken.The service was nice. They gave us 20 free crs so we could see how bad the arcade was before we spent money there.

The lanes don't work. At all. The balls don't come back , the pins don't comeback. You get 7 or 8 after resetting. Majority of lanes are completely jacked up

This place needs a lot of help. Paid for two games of bowling. Ordered cheese sticks that never came. Had lane issues twice. First time took over 5 minutes to resolve. Second time took long enough that we didn’t finish the game. Lady in the next lane had non stop issues, quit & left. After bowling, paid for two arcade cards for my kids. Poor employee was so busy all by herself that we had to wait for her and then she asked if we got the cheese sticks. She went and “checked” on them and got them out to us but they were overcooked and hollow. Onto arcade. Turns out 3/4 of the games are out of order. Arcade should be closed instead of continuing to sell cards. My kids told me they were “bored of this place and just wanted to go home” before using up their cards. Huge waste of $ and I feel bad for the short staffed employees. 0/10 would not recommend.

Do not waste your time coming here. This place is a joke. No workers, the lanes do not work, half the arcade games are down, no one's working to redeem prizes. It could be fun but absolutely no management.

This facility might have the honor of being the worst managed bowling alley in the entire United States.

Total joke.Majority of lanes and games are broken. Stay at home and save your $$$
