We love rocket buffet. I understand the food waste that would occur if they were to be a seat-in buffet in this town. You get what you pay for, and it’s definitely the best Asian food in Alamogordo. The lady at the front always takes great care of my husband and I.

It’s not a buffet per se, you can’t dine in. You are welcome to fill a styrofoam container and they charge by the pound. Options are very few and the taste of the food was awful. Overpriced and disappointing. I would not recommend!

Was actually at the head shop next door, not sure why Google keeps promoting me to review. Haven't eaten here in so long the kid that used to work the counter probably graduated high school, I hope they're doing amazing things now. Speaking of amazing, the chicken on a stick used to be fire.

Not really a buffet. If this place is a buffet then so is chinex. It’s all to go. And they refuse to open the dining room for dine in.

We ordered via doordash. And everything was really easy to order.
I did knock a star off befause i didnt really like the sauce that came with the sweet and sour chicken. It was a little bland and just lacked that sweetness you first get with this dish.
However everything else was really lovely. It came nice and hot and it was packed really well.
The crab rangoons were perfect. They had a really nice amount of cream cheese and not a super strong crab flavor.
The fried rice we had on the side was really good! We will order again! Especially because its so convenient being the only (good) chinese place on doordash around here.
