I have experienced one of the wordt experience from the so called manager inside i dont know whk it is and first thing is everyone has tap to pay its ok that you dont have it i was searching for my card and the so called managed asked waiter to take back my food i was all here looking for my card and she wanted food back Such a horrible behavior and the mozarella sticks are not fresh i love them at sonic if she has that much concern try concentrating on improving your behavior Thanks

Today as of november 25th my grandmother and i went to get food from the white sands sonic, the first thing that threw me off was the little girl, miranda taking our order wasnt even paying attention while taking our order she got so many things wrong. And the second thing is when we asked the girl at the window, angel to repeat our order back to us politely she copped an attitude. She gave us our drinks and one of our drinks required cream and when we asked her where the cream was she proceeded to lie, take an attitude while we asked her to put cream on it, and say “oh my god” while lazily giving us foam IN A CUP. She couldnt even take our drink back and put it on top. This behavior is disgraceful, disgusting, and should not be tolerated by management although this sonic has always been horrible. If you dont want to work in customer service dont! But dont take a disgusting attitude with us because you dont want to do your job. That place is ran by a bunch of highschoolers.

The cashier we had was friendly, but the manager was really disturbing and mean when we had our melted blast sent back in to be changed for a new one....She was arguing with us about everything when all we wanted were new ice cream blast....To be honest I would prefer them change switch the manager to the cashier we had other than her.....She is really rude.

Idk about the atmosphere it’s a sonic .. I asked for a number 5 combo and the woman couldn’t grasp that I wanted the combo and not just a burger then proceeded to argue with me . Fries definitely not fresh and we’re Kringle cut which I did not want . Will not go back to this one

None of the stalls work. Sat in the drive thru for over 10 min waiting for someone to answer . Finally just left, not sure why this place is even open. The store, the attitude of the employees and customer service is a joke.

It took 40 minutes for a milkshake. I got home after that to find some items were made incorrectly and we're haphazardly thrown together. Not to mention, due to the aforementioned milkshake issue by the time I got home my food was soggy and lukewarm.
