It's OK. I wouldn't say great. They didn't listen to our order, and since I am diabetic I can't drink sweet tea.... we ordered unsweet tea and didn't realize it until we had already left to head home near Albuquerque. It was too late to go back. That can create health issues fur someone diabetic.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE The drive-thru door was left open, and I could see the employee (Miranda) clearly showing attitude when we didn’t answer her “How can I help you?” right away. While still on the speaker with us, she walked around visibly throwing tantrums, which was very unprofessional. On top of that, she was rude again when we asked about an item that apparently is no longer on the menu. Very disappointing experience.

Worst customer service and lack of common sense I’ve ever seen from a chain restaurant. Had a simple order of mozzarella sticks, pickle fries and milkshake and then sat for 30 mins waiting for an order that never came. The excuse from the manager was the order was sent to the drive thru, they could not find the car and they had new employees. So my order was essentially thrown away.

If you want your food to be wrong and hours old this is the place for you. Don’t get cheese sticks or chicken strip wraps unless you want to feel like you’re eating it out of the garbage due to how long it’s been sitting in the warmer. And don’t let me forget about the customizations because the kitchen staff definitely will. They either don’t care, are too high to do their job, or can’t read an order.
Almost all the stalls are broken, but at least the carhops are nice and the drinks are usually not messed up. Other than that there’s not much else I can say that good about this sonic location.

Will not be returning. In the last year I’ve spent over $100 in add ons for my drinks and never received them. Today i ordered a Rt Dr Pepper with 4 added sweet cream and got just plain Dr Pepper yet again.

Burgers are ALWAYS ice cold. Orders are always screwed up, not consistent. Ordered a hot dog, easy mustard only and got about a quarter cup of mustard on it...
