“Ordered DoorDash after not eating Applebees for 8 years. We didn’t have many options for food after being turned around due to food waters when we were trying to head home. So we got a hotel, ordered Applebees, we were slightly dreading the food but it was all we could agree on. Long story short, everything was excellent, even via DoorDash!“

“Waited almost 30 minutes on a 15 minute wait time to be seated. Several customers behind us walked out due to this. Our server completely made up for this. She was attentive and polite and was constantly moving around the restaurant floor working. Good customer service and food can and will outshine wait times. 5 starts to Emily at the Alamogordo NM store!“

“I don't do reviews normally, mostly because I forget. The reopen to this place has been really great to say the least, especially with the restaurant/food service. I have to give a shout out to Norma for always being such a great server when she's there. Haven't had a single problem when I've gone since it's reopening. Staff is really welcoming and the GM is a great person from my experience. Very accommodating and welcoming every time. You can see the big efforts being put forth towards making things better and better for everyone to enjoy. Keep it up.“
