Very disappointed. My husband ordered a peppermint mocha asked for no whipped cream due to dietary restrictions and hot. By the time we walked to the car noticed it was warm at best and covered in whipped cream.

The staff consists of young people who don't have manners or kindness. They gossip about you and laugh right in front of you. One young girl basically whispered that my coffee was ready, and I obviously didn't hear her, and I was sitting there for 10 minutes without realizing my coffee was on the counter. They are all rude as such and completely childish. The only reason I keep coming back is because this is the only Starbucks in town that accepts food stamps. I hope they get a whole new staff so that I don't get uncomfortable walking into this store every time.

Today 4/20/24 I ordered the vanilla bean cream frappe Lex put caramel frappe I tried it I was polite and told her it was wrong she said no rudely and said go to costumer service for refund I went they said I had to get refund at Starbucks I am very disappointed.
