The Starbucks in Alamogordo has been exceptional. The staff have been extremely kind and genuinely care about people. They have made a big difference in lifting my spirits and making my day better than it was or could have been. They have often been a good reminder to me about how much difference a little kindness can make. Thank you!

This place is the reason Starbucks is not doing well! Service people were not friendly or helpful. I ordered a small latte and a large lemonade green tea which was never made. Received the small latte and then stood around waiting on the tea for 20 minutes when I asked about it, the girl told me it was being made and I continued to wait another 10 minutes and asked again and was told again that it was being worked on , which it was not, as I could see what they were working on. I never received the large tea. People that ordered behind me picked up their orders before mine. They offered no restitution and I was ignored and dismissed by the staff. I used to love Starbucks but unfortunately it is being run like a McDonalds now.
There could be a positive change in atmospher if there was better lighting and a brighter decoration, nothing crazy just inviting. There is plenty of room inside for well, adding more personality.

Flat White with two pumps of caramel and one raw sugar, aka Walter White, was on point. Lady at the drivethru window was very nice and apologized for a little wait to attend to someone else. It's the little things that are the big things! Cheers!

Ordered through the app it wouldn’t allow me to add sweet cream. I am at work hence why I had to dash but the guy was rude and wouldn’t just add it. It’s 1.65 I get it but that’s on yall w your menu being funky and couldn’t simply make it right!!
