Place is always clean. Service is always fast never have to wait the 3 times I've been for lunch. Workers are always friendly. Definitely have to try the kettle cooked spicy pickle chips amazing ? a new favorite chip.

Did an online order for 3 sandwiches and arrived at the "ready" time to find one person making the sandwiches. Turns out he was the only person in the store and he was getting his butt kicked with customers. His management and franchise owner let this poor guy down. No backup to handle a small rush, when he had to go to the back for more supplies there was no one up front which left the till exposed to a store full of people. The owner was even even in the building saw the rush and casually walked out. Poor management, Poor leadership by the owner and Poor treatment of employees. I'm not mad at the employee he was on a sinking ship and could t catch up. Got my sandwichs almost an hour later. Corporate needs to investigate this franchise quickly!!

Everything was good when I went there. I had a complicated order due to someone I was assisting has dietary restrictions from a stroke, but they wanted Subway. The lady who was assisting was top knotch, even though she was having to run the store solo. My only complaint is that they should give her a raise, and hire more people and pay them well. You take care of your employees, they take care of you.
Dietary restrictions: They are pretty knowledgeable about dietary restrictions, and very accommodating (I don't have them, but the person I was assisting does)

I was surprised that many other locations had at least a salad chopper they didn’t even own one. A lot of the items were not served by this location either. Y’all missing alot of good items.
