I am beyond angry and disappointed. Our order was completely wrong, when we called the boy straight up hung up on us. We haven't eaten here in a yr due to bad experience, I see nothing has changed. Don't order doordash here either. Same trash product and poor service.

As a door dasher I have to wait 20 minutes or more to get the order. The last 2 times I had to cancel bc I had to wait way too long or they couldn't find the door dash order.

Always good food and friendly people. Sometimes there are lines, but that is because there is one left out of three we use to have they are doing their best and no bad attitudes.
Vegetarian options: Not sure of the requirements of some vegetarians but you can get total veggie options although there is meat in the same room. I don't know how veggie people feel about that. I'm a person for the ethical treatment of veggies! Especially those adorable baby carrots some people are monsters!
Kid-friendliness: I think most the kids that go in there are pretty friendly I've never had a problem with any of them usually their parents keep them in line.

This place needs some real management. We came in at non-peak time on a Saturday and had to wait 15 minutes to even order. Then the whole ordering process took another 10 minutes. Not “fast” food at all.
When we ordered, they were clearly stressed and not well trained to deal with the demand. The sandwich prep area was dirty and stuff was out of stock.
There were no lids in the drink area and near half of the drinks were dispensing water.
The chip rack was also missing most of the chips.

My sister, my mom, and I stopped in to get a sub sandwich for dinner. We all wanted our subs on either wheat bread or oatnut bread by they were out of every kind of bread except for white bread. The white bread sub rolls were hard and tasteless.

The lady with the short red hair is horrible to say the least. I waited to leave this review until I had been a few times, as I know sometimes people just have hard days. I now believe this lady is just in a permanent state of mad. I went today while the restaurant was pretty busy and she was yelling at every customer. Finally the old lady behind me told her “stop yelling at me”. And she calmed down a little. The man in front of me also told everybody how she had yelled at him. When asked by any customer today to toast the sandwich or heat up the meat she would sigh very heavily as if she was bothered to do the job she is being paid for. On top of this, the restaurant is filthy. I understand the lunch rush makes little time to clean when you are only staffed with 3 people trying to make the line move though. This location does not stock their toppings or meat very well. My husband was told that they don’t keep certain toppings and meats at that specific location. Wild to me. I would not recommend eating at this location.
