If I could leave a zero star I would. Literally the most incompetent people working. The fact that you cannot follow a simple order is mind blowing.

Normally don’t have issues here but waited for awhile at the window for my order and by the time I got my order, half of it was cold. Employees also had no customer service skills. I was just ready to leave and get home to have my food but when I got home, I was missing 3 of my main items. Usually I do check that I have everything before I leave a place but after how long I waited and the experience I had, I was just ready to go. All my crunchy tacos were all broken too. I’m just disappointed about the overall experience.

Slow, incorrect order, no labels on what item was what that all looked the same, no effort at all. Go to the other end of town for better service and food.
SLOW!!!! Placed a mobile order. Showed up and found a line of people trying to figure out kiosk ordering. Looked around for the mobile order pickup area and there was none. Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before the gentlemen in the office finally looked up and saw me. He got up and asked if he could help me. I told him I had a mobile order. He said they were making it right now. 5-10 minutes later, I was handed my 2 cheesy beef burritos. I don’t get it. The employees I saw were simply meandering around. One lady was restocking, but at a snails pace. She looked at me several times and never addressed my needs. Employees making food stopped to get their Monster’s that was delivered by I’m assuming a friend or spouse. Meanwhile, drive thru was backed up, the lobby was full and I was waiting for my mobile order that they were “working on”. The whole time, this guy was sitting like this in the office. WOW!!

Took a while (15m) to get my order. I didn’t get my customizations for my box combo nor the sauce I ordered with the nuggets. I had to go back and ask. The digital receipt I had didn’t load, which also didn’t help. Overall poor experience

My daughter ordered the crispy chicken nuggets they were burnt ( don’t recommend ) So I told the guy and he grabbed them out of my hands and asked me in a rude way what do I want instead? Very rude employees

Today is 1ST time there was hardly anything in my toasted bacon egg burrito. I cld of counted the few pieces of bacon. I kept biting and finally got to the filling.. was mainly cheese sause.Both ends was just thick tortilla

I got served 2 stail Mexican pizza and it ruins everything I can't believe they serve those to customers and it was my last bit of money I won't be eating Mexican pizza every again.
