If you like Waffle House you will love this place. A true diner. I’m from Las Cruces MM and I wish we had something like this.

This is from now on our favorite restaurant to have breakfast at Alamogordo . Porky s revenge plate it’s really good . Burn down breakfast is tasteful , just missed the mushroom and bell pepper on it. Great waitress service . Fair prices, clean and well kept dining area and restroom.

I went here with my three young granddaughters after church. They happily seated me right away. I didn’t learn until later that they close at 1 PM on Sundays, and it was probably already a few minutes after one when we arrived. They could have turned me away, but they were so gracious and friendly. The food was everything that you would expect from a local diner… big portions, good taste, and a never-ending cup of coffee. Everyone was so friendly! Would definitely eat here again and recommend you do the same!

This is a total local diner with a of locals. I had one of the best basic omelets (ham, cheese, tomatoes) I had in quiet a while. Not sure what they did with it but it was beautiful and fluffy. Side of ham was also excellent. Partner got a basic breakfast and pancakes. All great. The service was also really good and friendly.

Average. Something you could fix at home. Good service. Plain food. Waffles, pancakes. Nice thick bacon, small eggs and odd looking yellow grits. My instant grits are white. Not bad . Not great

We were passing through and decided to try the Waffle & Pancake Shoppe. It was great and the service was outstanding! We will come back again the next time we are in town! My 12 year old gave it two thumbs up!

Great food and a fun atmosphere! I got an omelette, but there were so many other things that looked good too. Will definitely be going back.

What is it about this place? Is it the food? Is it the service? Is it the fact that we can sit and watch the chefs make our food to perfection in mere minutes and be served within 7-10 minutes. I can’t say. But as someone who’s been all around the country and had many small owned mom and pop breakfast shops, I can say with whole confidence this is at the top of my list now! Who would’ve In a small dinky town like Gordo we could’ve found such an amazing place to eat! Absolutely perfect and coming from Florida I will miss this place every day. I’ve been 2 times in 3 days and would say it was the best decision I’ve made! Would highly recommend and anyone who would say otherwise must’ve woken up in a bad mood already!

Great family diner style restaurant in town for a quick breakfast. Good prices, I got the breakfast burrito which was really tasty. The service was fast and friendly, would recommend!

Wonderful breakfast to fuel your day. So delicious, we visited twice in a week! Best pecan waffle...and my eggs cooked perfectly. Comes out fast and piping hot. My husband loved the coffee, and the sweet tea was divine. The staff was incredibly accommodating and very sweet.
