Baconator fries weren’t -atored, only 6 fries got cheese and bacon was just sat on top like I was about to eat an all star breakfast at Waffle House 1/5
My friend didn’t even get her Baconator fries 1/5
Her wife was missing a couple nuggets 1/5
Staff obviously didn’t care to take the time to prepare food properly. And I’m not trying to be harsh I used to work in fast food and I try to be understanding, but this was just too much in one order. Definitely glad I’m moving and will not have to go to this location (Alamogordo, NM) again. 1/5

Saucy nugget containers were deformed/squished leading to excessive amounts of sauce leaking onto the rest of my food with what looks like weird uncooked/non-spicy nuggets? Also tomato was on both burgers which I am allergic to. Simple quality checks not being accomplished is why I believe people working in the fast food industry don’t deserve more than minimum wage.

Me and my family were visiting the area and decided to dine in and we went to go get a table and the whole dining area was a mess some tables weren’t cleaned right and floors weren’t swept right and the trash wasn’t even taken out. when me and my family had got there nobody was dining in and the employees were lazy enough to not even clean up. The cashier wasn’t welcoming and seemed like she hated her job. Would not recommend this location due to their lack of maintenance

The food is made to order. Always very hot and the salty caramel shakes are the BEST.
Must be in store by 10:20 a.m. for them to bother to make breakfast even if you have made a mobile order ahead of time. Just go somewhere else for breakfast.

This is the stupidest thing that happened to me today. I go to Wendy's for a burger because I was so hungry. I've been really sick all day and now I just wanted to eat something. I order the #1 burger combo double meat.. I get home wanting to eat and ahhh what a surprise the burger had no meat ?? I call to tell them what happened and the person says that he doesn't understand me and that he can't help me ?? ? Ohh he didn't understand me? but he did understand me when I used rude words ?? Es el peor restaurant ??

Delicious, great service, and fast! They forgot bacon but I went back and asked for like a sliver or 2 and they gave me a box. Will come back! P.S. if you get the pineapple shake please stir the syrup so it's a delicious mix rather than a layered shake.
