It was my first ever Wendy‘s here at the drive thru. Thursday 9 pm quite busy, but order was correct. Everything was well and service was fast. Burgers were good and value for money was nice. Would come again.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and the costumer service is awful. I asked for a side of mayo and the manager seemed annoyed by my request. They then forgot my drink and I had to go back to get the rest of my order. The same manager came up and asked me what I needed in a rude tone and never even apologized for forgetting my drink. Horrible costumer service. I’m not even mad about the drink; I understand things happen and get forgotten but the way I was talked to was absolutely uncalled for

Tuesday went trough drive thru, around 1:30 (non rush hour) ordered 2 Baconators. When I arrived home my hun said “I thought these were supposed to have 2 meat patties?”. Both burgers had only 1 meat patty, 1 slice of cheese and only 2 half strips of bacon. Do NOT trust your orders and certainly do NOT drive away thinking they will be right. Every Wendy’s menu, to include I looked up the Alamogordo Wendy menu, shows double patties and 6 bacon advertised. Talk about false advertising menu!!! 😡 If we wanted one patty we would have ordered that!

They said i had to pay 54 dollars plus change never add more food at widow or anything. never got a receipt then when they told to pull to the side because my order wasnt ready and i know they dont want there times to go up because they have a timer on how long they have someone at widow they didn't give all my order and i had to go in side to get it. they ask me for a receipt i told them they never gave it to me. I didnt have to wait that long they gave me my food i look at my bank a hour ago and saw i was Charged an additional 15 and some change i called the store the man was rude and told me to come in tomorrow And talk to the general manager.I asked him if I was gonna get my refund back he said I Don't know ask her.

So went to get a frosty, they didn't have vanilla to make the swirl frosty, so while ordering told them I will take classic. Paid and got the receipt, they still charged for the swirl frosty. When told this wasn't what I ordered they got mad, made a big deal of refunding and then gave us the wrong frosties..worst place ever! Management was rude and came out tossing changing at us saying we'll your refund was $0.65, when it was supposed to be more...highly recommend not going there! Will never order from them again!

I love Wendy’s and i usually get it in the day but me and my mom went this evening and we waited at the counter for awhile as there was An employee literally by the register and he saw us and gave us a rude look and he completely ignored us he was a a bigger Hispanic bald guy very rude and nobody from the back even came to take our order 10/10 for the day crew but night crew 1/10

I dont know what it is, but I've just the worst amount of luck with this place it. Seems nearly every time I order, there's an issue, or im always waiting on my order even when I pull up an one guy is in line. I dont wanna bash this place, but I've come to the conclusion that I will not visit this location anymore.

Got here around 7pm on a Wednesday in April after a long day of hiking around El Paso and Las Cruces. Staff was friendly, and the food was ready quickly. Restroom was clean and spacious. I had the classic chicken sandwich combo with fries and a peach lemonade, which was amazing. Also had 4 nuggets, and they were out of the buffalo sauce I wanted, so gave me lots of extra ketchup packets. Total came to 14$ including tips and taxes.
