The employees are nonchalant spent 15 mins standing there at the front they all kept on conversating with each other, in those 15 mins We(fam and i) noticed none of the cooks had gloves on nor hats they kept on touching their hair, face and tons of other items than touched the food, wiped their hands on their dirty jeans and shirts and kept on cooking without washing their hands it was Dirty after that we decided to walk out.

Horrible attention and customer service bad hygiene.

My food from this location was excellent. Extra seasoning was on my fries as I ordered and chicken cooked and seasoned well. I have much more success here than at the Las Cruces location.

Nasty food, bad customer service. They do not know what they are doing.

No one will answer the phone. My soda drinks have no syrup and wanted to inform the Alamogordo store. Never going there aga8n.

So upset they changed their fries. Now they have no flavor and aren’t good at all. So disappointed.

Seeing as the app wouldn't even allow me to place my order I wouldn't know how the food is so it gets one star. It says my credit card is no good which is absolutely absurd. Wingstop do better.

Made a takeout order and person named Manuel took it and the call went smoothly. Said it would take 15-20 minutes.

Perfect, I’m on base so it’ll be exactly from when I leave home and get there. Arrive there and say my name to pick up my order. They can’t find it and asks me what I ordered.

Manuel then repeats my order and then says yes that’ll be 29$. I’m like “oh okay, perfect”. Doesn’t say anything after, I then ask “uh so what happened is my food ready?”.
He just says “it didn’t go through, machines weird. Yea it’s gonna be another 15-20 min.”

No apology for the mess up, no admitting of fault for not putting my order up, no care at all. Just said “yea, it’s gonna take more time.” Pretty much, go kick rocks.

Good as you get in Alamo. They're always nice and I never see anyone standing around. The food is pretty consistent too. I'd say the only downfall is the soda machine doesn't always have enough ice. All in all, I'd say they're doing a great job.

This is the second time they have messed up our order. First not giving us our drinks and then arguing with me over the phone and not completing my full order.

It's Wingstop...same as all the other Wingstops.
