Good as you get in Alamo. They're always nice and I never see anyone standing around. The food is pretty consistent too. I'd say the only downfall is the soda machine doesn't always have enough ice. All in all, I'd say they're doing a great job.

This is the second time they have messed up our order. First not giving us our drinks and then arguing with me over the phone and not completing my full order.

Worst service. 35 minutes for an order and they don’t tell you in advance they are busy and it will take time. Half a dozen people ordered in store after but got their food before. Got to the hotel to realize they didn’t include part of the order. Terrible place to order from. Don’t go.

Wildly unprofessional. Dark complexion guy wearing the Chicago bulls hat very loudly and clearly says "y'all standing there ain't gonna get your food no faster" extremely unprofessional conduct.

Weirdly they forgot I was waiting for my food in the store so standing did get my food cause I had to ask if my order was complete.
Definitely get rid of toxic team members

Waited nearly 30 mins in the store until the girl at the front counter called my order while it was sitting on the rack for about that long. Didnt even give any type of updates on how long it would take or the status of the order. Work on the customer service skills and pay attention.

The manager here is awesome and all about the customers experience! There is also a very sweet Hispanic girl with long hair that goes out of her way to help Dashers!

My boyfriend and I eat there all the time never had an issue today we ate there got wings and fries and we only got the wings after waiting for 40 minutes we asked for a refund because we didn't get the fries and they said no that they would give us the fries in to go boxes so we waited like 10 more minutes still no fries so we left very disappointed in our service today

As far as the food goes it’s edible but definitely a lower end wing stop that I’ve had and for the wait that it normally takes I would certainly question how worth it it is, but what do you expect from Alamogordo food services.
