I called my order in and when I got my order, I was disappointed how little BBQ sauce was on my wings. It was very little and I was trying to wipe what little was extra on the paper. I have never had this issue with any WINGSTOP's before. Just check your wings before you depart in case you need to ask for extra sauce/seasoning.

Customer Service is not the best the kitchen was dirty as hell! No gloves, no hair nets for two 10 piece wings. It took over 30 minutes. then they forgot to give you the vegetables then they forgot half the order. And came with drink but made you wait for your messed up order in order to get your cups for your drinks. The corn was ok pretty salted and didn’t enjoy biting dry corn

Fantastic overall! By far this location has surpassed all Wingstops I've been to (multiple times at 8+ locations throughout the country) and BWW locations (10+). This Alamo Gordo location was on top of the order to get it made quickly and they made sure the pieces were full size (other locations count a centimeter round as piece). There was plenty of seasoning and sauce on all the wings. I would go out of the way to come back to this Wingstop. (Date of service 1/22/2024 around noon.)

Walked in and ordered to eat in. We were told our order would take 20 minutes. 45 min later our food is brought out, bagged to go and cold as can be. No explanation offered or given. We requested a refund and left. First and last time we will visit this establishment.

I stopped in today around 1:30PM with a co-worker after having nothing to eat all day (my fault). This is my first time ever eating at Wing Stop. I ordered the Cajun Meal Deal Sandwich. The food took a bit longer to get than I would've preferred as I was very hungry (my fault). Once I got my food, I understand why the wait was longer than usual. This food couldn't have been fresher. The chicken sandwich was next level amazing. When I took my first bite, I knew this sandwich was unlike any other chicken sandwich. The fries were really good and the fountain drink set up was very unique. All sorts of options. The lady who rang us up was very sweet and attentive. I'll definitely be returning to try other chicken sandwiches. This is the best option for a chicken sandwichs in Alamogordo for sure.

The wait wasn't long but my food was cold. I then sat and waited for my food to be ready because I had ordered it to go. The person calling out the names English was so bad I didn't even hear my name. Also, the TV was turned up so loud I couldn't even hear my name being called through the face masks. I will not be returning.

We recently moved here after my husband got orders and we became regulars at this wing stop because it reminds us of home. We walked in at 10:20PM there were three employees and immediately we were told "unfortunately our lobby is closed and our system isn't taking orders". We asked if we could take orders through the app and she said "we can try" and then told us sorry. So we did and our order on the apps and it went through. As soon as I heard our ticket print she asked her coworkers "what does the time stamp say?" as if the time matters?? Anyway, while we're waiting the family who ordered before us also ordered a lemonade and she was so polite to take their order, on the system (which she said stopped taking orders). While we're waiting for our food this guy is cleaning around us and I consider it rude and unprofessional. When we got our order we realized the half ass lobby closed sign. I've worked in food my whole life and I still don't understand how grown ass people act like this. Get another job. There's no professional sign that says lobby closed or orders stop at a certain time. You guys close at 12AM and you turned us away at 10:20PM.
