We ordered a salad and a burger that took an hour to get to us. The burger came well done when I asked for medium rare, and the salad had a metallic taste to it… all before I found a hair in my food. This place is not good and I paid $50 for it all and I really should’ve just gone to sonic or something

We have eating at 12th Street Tavern since it first opened; we love the food, the atmosphere, bar tenders and servers. The new manager is wonderful and has the heart of a humble servant he cleans, takes orders, clears tables and always has an answer to any question. We eat here at least once a week if not more. 12th Street Tavern is our favorite neighborhood joint......
Parking: Easy parking, large lot.
Kid-friendliness: They have 8 TVs you can watch any type of sports while there. Plus they have a kid's menu which includes pop-cycles

There's not a whole lot of seating, but it was not overcrowded. The food was good/tasty but it took a really long time for us to even get asked for our order and once our order was in it took another really long time to get the food. The service just was not great. The staff was friendly but rarely came to check on us and had empty cups most of the time. They put the tip included in the bill which normally I wouldn't mind but considering the service was not even good, I don't think they should do that.

My gf and I went out to dinner for valentine's day. I called ahead to make sure there was not a long wait, they said there was no wait. When we got there around 8pm we were immediately seated by one of the servers. We ordered drinks and then appetizers.
We then waited about 20-30 minutes before the same server even acknowledged us. We ran out of water and our drinks. When she finally came by again there was no acknowledgement of the delay. We ordered our main course. About 20 minutes after that we received it and ate. The server came once more after that. By that time it was too late to get dessert so we had to flag down the server for the check as the bar was flashing lights for last call.
Overall it was not a great experience, and disappointing because we just moved close-by and thought this would be a nice neighborhood spot. Unfortunately, they may have been severely understaffed and had newer untrained people this night.

Had the half pulled-pork nachos, churros and bourbon. Everything was perfection, including the services the perfect place after a long day on the road. The pulled-pulled pork was so flavorful, the half nachos could have fed two people, the churros were huge and delicious, and the pour was generous from the bar. I’d be back every time I’m passing though Albuquerque and definitely would be my hangout if I lived there.
Loved it there!!! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating!!!! Will go back!!!!

Skin on baked potato was tough and thick like the potato had been baking for hours and hours. It never should have been served that way. The server made no apologies. The toppings were good but there wasn’t much potato to eat with it. My husband’s burger was good. I’d like for a manager to respond to me

The building and the decor is wonderful the food is excellent. There was only two servers and it was full everything was slow as far as service and getting our food took a long time. Fish and chips were very good but very small portions

Nachos are expensive, not a good variety of beer, waitress forgot to get our beers and had to be reminded, received the food first before our drinks, could have just ordered it from the bartender myself. Hoping it gets back to the way it was a couple of months ago.
