Bar Tender, Bastain?, supposed Manager is VERY rude to customers, EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL to his STAFF. His customer service is really bad. It appears that he is trying run run everything by himself and really does need help. The place looked worn out, even unclean, especially the bar area. The person who bagged up my to go order placed it in a plastic grocery type bag, too full, and then shook it to tie it. BAD idea, The food was all over the containers and not fun to piece together....read full review
The waitstaff was great, as always. My fried chile strip appetizer was not that great. Cut too thin and over fried. My 5-Star Burger, which I order every time , was a disappointment. The tiny bacon pieces and cheese crumbles were stingy this time and basically just fell out onto the plate every time I picked up the burger. And, the rings of “fresh” onion were incredibly tough!
Great food, awesome service and very tasty variety of food. 👍🏼
