It was my first time and I was impressed. I'm not sure if the gentleman working was the owner but he was very friendly and helpful. He went over the menu with me and gave me great recommendations. I ended up getting the pralines & cream shake, with mocha latte protein powder and chopped pecans. Hands-Down bomb! Thank you for the great shake! ????

I am in town doing business and thought of starting my day off with a nutritional meal to make the best of my Monday grind. Found it on yelp! From the entering the location smells great and is well cleaned. However, it wasn't until I entered the restroom that I could judge the place is up to par! The restroom is super clean and neat. It says a lot of places we trust to eat when the dirties locations (restrooms) are kept clean. The food is tasty, fresh, and healthy. Customer service made me feel like I have visited for years!

I visit today to try out the bowls it was so good ?? I tired the blueberry bowl so filling and drink watermelon bomb. Good choice of lunch for me thank you very much good service. I very recommend if your looking for a healthy choice meal.
