Lately I have come and drinks are amazing but I have a long wait because employees spend forever talking with their friends who come drive thru it’s not that they are waiting for their drink it’s 3 of them there gossiping while I’m waiting for my drink

I have been a loyal daily customer to this location. Who spends between $15-25 a day to support my daily energy boost. I have noticed that from my initial visit to now, there has been a drastic change. At the beginning I enjoyed the great customer service. The friendliness of everyone and an awesome atmosphere along with daily delicious drinks. Now I am lucky to have a smile with the people taking my order, and not to mention the attitude that comes with that why are you bothering me attitude. On top of that the drinks have been very inconsistent. I am lucky to get the same taste from the same drink 2x in a row. For example I order a bubble gum energy with extra flavor and it tastes great one day. The next day it taste like bubble gum flavored Nutella. Same drink the next day like a watered down chewed up pice of bubble gum with no flavor left. I've recently been told that the original crew's hours have been cut to make room for new employees to be trained at this location. This is proving to be a huge mistake on your part. I really wanted to leave a 5 star review however, with my most recent rude attitude from my brewista I can not leave such a high star review. Please bring back your awesome original crew and train new people some place else.

Drinks were awesome. Staff was inattentive and unmotivated to keep the flow of traffic going. Instead they met or saw someone they knew and spent 12 minutes chit chatting while 4 other cars in the next lane got their order and left. Do not recommend if you're in a hurry.
First try of the sugar free syrups...I ordered a latte with extra sugar free caramel syrup. They totally didn't put any flavor into my coffee. I won't return.

Absolutely delicious drinks, social and friendly crew, and a super easy and clean drive thru! We ordered a mango blended lemonade, a sweet blended green tea, and a (I believe) white chocolate mocha blended coffee. All were just Absolutely delicious! Sweetened to perfection, amazing price, and variety of sizes offered! The coffee flavor was delicious and came through even with the added flavors. It was a nice, smooth, light and yummy flavor! Being able to blend any of the beverages was awesome and a great surprise! The tea and lemonade were soooo good and flavorful! The lemonade was tart and sweet with a generous mango splash and the green tea was cool and refreshing! 💯% recommend and can't wait to go back! The staff was great and held fun conversation while drinks were prepared!
