I ordered a cake over a month in advance. The owner informed me that they had a kids baking event that week I needed the cake and they were really busy. But she told me they would make it work. I ordered, paid for it and scheduled pick up that day. A month later, 10 minutes after I was supposed to pick up the cake, she texted saying it wasn’t ready. When I expressed my disappointment and concern she stated that they were really busy with the kids baking event that she had previously discussed with me. Said it was her fault for taking on another order on an already booked schedule. Flash back to when I ordered the cake a month prior and she said she would make it work. Now I am having to pick the cake up an hour before my event when I had given her plenty of notice. I pick up the cake the next day and it tasted good but looked rushed. The icing was not fully set so it jiggled in the car. The lettering was mediocre and the piping was sloppy. After paying almost $400 with tip for this cake, I was very disappointed and I didn’t like the way she handled business with me. I will not be using them again and I wouldn’t recommend them either.

Made a personalised order + delivery via the online booking tab & everything from start to finish was exceptional! Contact via email was consistent and the ability to pay online was so helpful and super easy! Special requests were honoured and much appreciated. Not to mention, how delicious the cake was! I highly recommend and will continue to use in the future.

Ordered a custom cake seen from a picture online. The cake was bigger and better than we ever could have imagined. Ot was Gorgeous! It was also Delicious! The communication and attention to detail down to the last minute was comforting ans very professional. We are family customers for life.

I’m in town working on a film and I ordered a Birthday Cake which had to be custom. I gave details on the vibe I wanted and they knocked it out the park! Everything from creativity to taste was ?? hand delivered by Amanda who was so professional and such a sweet person. I highly recommend A Heavenly Taste Cakery!

I have gone twice during their posted hours and they have been closed each time. The last time, I was there 3 hours before closing and it was still closed.

It was operating hours the open sign was there The door was locked, as I walked away a black lady approached the store did not even acknowledge me at all As she unlocked the door……….. Update I was hardly greeted , it felt like a chore for her to acknowledge me this “business” is very similar to Q’s cakes very lazy!!!

Amanda made my daughter a beautiful custom cake that look exactly like that picture of the cake that my daughter wanted. It was beautiful and the most delicious cake I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend her. She is very professional.
