So over priced. You cant have a picture put on the cake unless you order it but they will print it off and let you attach it to the cake yourself. The cake is purchased from here as well. Not a random cake.
I should be smart and order the ready design with a picture. She said they just cant put it on there. All they can do it write on it with icing. Total b.s.

This place used to be awesome. I can't get the cookies I like there anymore (fudge chewies), and now they can't even do this for a cake. Seems like you do not do custom cakes.
No wonder the stars have dropped over the years.

This place! Created the most beautiful cake for my daughter’s 15th birthday! They were patient with the constant questions and changes! The cake was absolutely beautiful!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I just picked up a pricey cake from this shop, and they tried to hand it to me without a lid or any kind of cover. When I questioned it, they acted like I was being difficult and refused to do anything about it. The manager was incredibly rude and dismissive, offering zero solutions and basically telling me to take it or leave it. I couldn’t believe the attitude — no apology, no effort, nothing. For the amount I paid, I expected professionalism, not arrogance. I’ll never order from here again, and I’d warn anyone else to think twice before spending their money at a place that clearly doesn’t care about its customers!

We typically like to order from this place. However we have been trying to reach them since October 22nd or the 23rd regarding getting a wedding cake. We are now at the 28th of October and still no call back. We called multiple times and left multiple messages. Very disappointed in this store. We are having a cake emergency and wished they could help but we will look elsewhere at this point.

I ordered a cake for my son's birthday. I told Debra Sanchez what he likes, and she helped me pick the right cake. It was ready on the day I requested and it looked great. When we ate the cake, we were all impressed with how good it was. We aren't big cake eaters so we were quite happy with the cake. I've been in ABC Cakes numerous times and the staff is always friendly. Debra is always friendly, always smiling and is a joy to interact with.

Recently moved from out of state and was last minute with ordering my child treats for her birthday. This establishment jumped through hoops to make sure I had a quality order and to not worry. My daughter will love this.

Awesome cake makers! We came in with a basic 80 th birthday concept and they helped craft something even better for my grandma’s party! Everyone was impressed! Delicious mocha cake with German chocolate cake filling!

Wish I could leave a higher rating! I live in Seattle and wanted to send my sister customized cookies to ask her to be my maid of honor. ABC Bakery went above and beyond my expectations and made GORGEOUS specialty cookies. They even delivered them for me. Their customer service was truly exceptional. Thank you so much!

If you want tasty, this is the place. If you want a custom cake, don't waste your time or money. They did a horrible job on my cake. I ordered a wine coloring and got a burnt brown with terrible piping work. Were they helpful or apologetic? No. They said it's pretty and just me opinion. Guess what?!! I'm paying for it. My opinion is the only one that matters. Terrible customer service. So disappointed. I've been coming here for years and just deleted my 5 start review.

Been coming here since i was a child. The cakes are always amazing and the customer service is beyond! I went to pick up my cake order today and my car would not start when i when to leave... They owner was nice enough to come out and give me a jump!! Thank you ABC!!!

I ordered a heart-shaped clown cake to match the picture I provided. When I arrived, I noticed right away the cake was round. I let the workers know the cake was wrong. They said they could make the cake another day, but I explained, “There’s no way that’s possible—this is for a birthday party. Everyone is already heading to the house, people came from different states to be here, and I’m just supposed to tell them to come back next week because of a cake?”

The manager told me they couldn’t do anything because they had no authority. At first, they claimed that on the purple order sheet, the circle around the “12” meant it was a round cake. I replied, “How am I supposed to know that? To me the circle meant don’t forget it’s a 12-inch cake. I don’t work here, I don’t know what each mark on that sheet means.” I had also told the lady who took my order that I wanted it heart-shaped, and she even replied that heart cakes come in different sizes. So she knew it was supposed to be a heart. I also told them my phone number was on the paper, why not call and ask me, if one paper says heart and the other says circle. Wouldn’t it be better to call and verify? Her reply was “well when we asked the lady who took your order, she confidently said it was a circle cake”.

Then I was told the receipt would show it as a circle cake—but when I checked, it clearly said heart shaped. Their solution was to “leave a note on the owner’s desk” and wait for the owner to reach out. In the moment, my only options were to take the wrong cake or leave empty-handed and get a credit for next time. I took the cake as it was. Almost a week later, I still hadn’t been contacted. When I called again, I was told, “Your paper is on the desk, she has it—it’s whenever she gets back to you.” It’s about to be two weeks now.

This isn’t even the first time—last year the same thing happened. I filed a complaint and never heard back from the owner then either. I thought maybe this time would be different, but it wasn’t.

What I’m most upset about is the lack of communication and professionalism. The owner still hasn’t reached out—not after I showed proof on my receipt, not after I called, not even after weeks of waiting. It feels like customers don’t matter to her at all. If the owner can’t take five minutes to contact someone after two failed orders, it shows exactly how little she cares. The indifference and poor customer service are worse than the wrong cake. I’ve learned my lesson and will not be coming back. Let’s see if the owner will ever reach out.

The cake I ordered was crap red velvet with cream. The red velvet was so dry. It wasn’t even the size that I ordered. It was so tiny. I would not pay $70 for a tiny little cake. I could’ve got way better cake from Whole Foods for 40 bucks it was all pure sugar cream cheese was so Sweet never again. I’ll just stick to my cakes from Whole Foods. Way better worth the price fresh I can tell this cake was not even fresh. It was made a long time ago. It was so dry and you can taste it for custom cakes. I suggest going in summer’s house.
