I don't feel comfortable shopping here. The store is crowded and though they require masks, people do not adhere to the 6 ft. distance, especially employees. Why are they not limiting the number of people as they used to?

This location is a last resort for me if I don't have errands somewhere else around town and cannot get my groceries elsewhere. I live on the other side of the mountains, so I thought the Smiths location on Tramway and Central would be a good pace to pick up our needs on the way home from work. It didn't take too long before I decided to boycott the Smiths location on a Tramway and Central for several reasons - there is a large surveillance camera in the parking lot, constantly getting barraged by homeless people walking in or out, the store is is always super packed full of people, and the last straw was getting mowed over by a reckless cart-driving man with his daughters hanging on the cart . Granted, I know most of this is hard for Smiths to control, but that still doesn't change my boycotting mind. Smiths has a large selection of products to offer compared to Albertsons. Albertsons usually has a decent selection you can find, but they usually have a nice produce selection to choose from. My preferred Albertsons is near Juan Tabo and Candelaria. It's a much more modern facility with more to offer. Reminds me more a grocer I loved in AL called Publix. This location does do a good job with keeping their place tidy. They have a someone at the front entrance enforcing masks as well as cleaning carts. The store never seems to be over packed with people, and I usually find what I need. My husband loves their signature green chili cheese dip that can be found on their produce section. Cashiers are typically courteous and helpful. I just wish they would modernize this location. It looks like where my grandma shops. Bathrooms have been hit and miss. One last tip - I'd only visit this location in the daylight Vote: I'd return

Excellent, kind, helpful professional service and all workers were wearing masks! The store is clean with an excellent variety of products especially in the deli area. The only drawback is they don't enforce the governor's mandate of customers wearing masks. Among several not wearing masks were were 2 young mothers with children under 5yo. They let them run around invading space of mask wearing customers. I asked one worker why management didn't ban people without masks and he said, "IDK. I wish they would enforce it because those people endanger everyone."

this morning while at this store my autistic son couldn't find his favorite candy and was upset. when I told our cashier she went and found that candy for us, she got 4 bags because she wasn't sure which he liked best. I really appreciate the fact that the employees are friendly to my children as well as myself

Pharmacy manager is unhelpful and she's always huffing and puffing and finding a way to not serve!

Forgot a few items for our Independence Day cookout so we stopped at Albertsons for a few items. Consider the traffic around Albuquerque was fairly light we were surprised at how busy the store was. We went in and had a plan of attack to get exactly what we needed and head straight home. There was a very helpful produce manager that helped my short self find the pineapple. Not the cut up package ones but the fresh ones. Well as fresh as a pineapple can be in the mainland. We also looked at the t-bones and the butcher greeted us and asked if she could help us. I have to say I have always thought the customer service was great. But today it was great. Since my day was going great it just was bonus to have friendly unprovoked service. At checkouts I was really appreciative of the extra clerks for us slackers. We were quickly on our way home to make grilling magic...

The selection here is pretty terrific. Produce is almost always super fresh. I did get one batch of mixed greens salad that had some rotten pieces in it, but I had no problem returning that. There are organics and other yummy fruit and veg items (stuffed portobello mushrooms ready to bake and eat!). The deli section has a delish selection. There's a bunch of chicken tender and chicken wing flavors. They have prepped salads to go. The premade sandwiches looked good, too. The bakery case calls me each and every time I'm there. But I just walk on by because I'm in control *lie*. The cheesecake is so yum. The store is clean. Items are almost always priced. Service is pretty quick. Some staff are really nice. The. cashiers can be hit or miss. One recently sent me away from the 15 items or less express line. I had 15 items. The next visit, the cashier wasn't too chummy. No greeting or chit chat. No thank you. However, a nearby employee seemed to notice and he thanked me. This is one of my preferred markets in the
