restaurant smothered like mold so we left.
Delicious food made to order. They make their own green and red chilis which are very flavorful and delicious. The tamales were very good, the chicken ones were our favorite. I added chicken to the veggie quesadillas which were also great. The bar is a good spot to watch sports and hang out.

The avocado fries were good. The hamburger was over cooked. The chicken on the tostadas was not good maybe canned?? The prices were high for the quality of food. There are a lot of other restaurants around that area that are better.

Chicken avocado wrap was very bland . Needs a sauce . The guacamole & chips were awesome. The tortilla soup was good but very salty . The street tacos were good and very spicy with bits of jalapeno in the pico de Gallo

I went into the bar at the Wild Avocado not really expecting much in the way of food and ended with a new favorite restaurant in New Mexico. Amazing home made tamales and a fantastic breakfast burrito the next morning. Great bartender and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping in.

They have very good local music
I like going there for the live bands
Dance floor could be a little larger
But all in all I have a great time when I'm there

We stopped in on a road trip across the country and this restaurant was amazing. Our server was fast and friendly, food was outstanding and wished we had a place like this locally. They also serve breakfast and we will try it on the next trip.
Went to a country/western open mic and it was great. We were sent up in an event room, so there was no competing with sport programs on TV, or patrons who were getting loud parting with their buddies. It was more like a dinner show than the typical open mic at the brew pub thing.
Great service and food every time!
The food at the Wild Avocado is fantastic. Great salsa and delicious avocado fries!! I also had a pizza with chorizo, avocado, and green chile and it was amazing. I can't believe I've never seen those as topping options anywhere else. They are a great combination. I highly recommend this place and would probably eat here even if I wasn't staying at the hotel..
They have great New Mexican food! I love the calabasitas! The smothered breakfast burrito with green sauce is delicious and the chili relleno is so good! The bartenders are very personable.
