The most delicious avocado 🥑 fries and pasta. The food and service were mutually excellent. I forgot to leave a review after my first visit here months ago. But I can hardly wait to return. Thanks so much and may God bless you all!

A fun little lounge area. Very welcoming. The service could be better, but the bartender is always very friendly. And the food is really good.

1st dinner was with a small group of four guests. Hostess Vanessa was very nice and pleasant. The meal was good. When we had finished dinner, Vanessa politely gave everyone his/her check. She did not ask if anyone wanted anything else, or if we wanted desert, or if we wanted coffee. Nothing. The 2nd meal was just by myself. The dining room was empty except for four couples. Head waiter Korie must have walked by my table at least ten times; the other waiter with a hoodie as well except for maybe just 2 or 3 times. After over 15 minutes, I asked Korie if that was "normal" for the waitstaff to blatently ignore a customer. He had no reaction, nor did he offer a response. So I simply left. It's a pity because the food wasn't bad the first time. Regardless, I still wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Our entire experience at The Best Western Plus was wonderful, rooms were inviting, including all desk employees, We needed a good dinner and decided to stay there to eat. We had been to a memorial service that afternoon and had driven from Roswell. My friend ordered the burger and I ordered the avocado tortilla.
The waitress came back asked chicken, Beef? I said chicken because it said grilled chicken. She came back again and said not sure if it is grilled. Food came and the 2 tortillas were cold and had shredded chicken, cold and looked like tuna from a can, rice that did not resemble rice. Asked the waitress who was full of excuses for the kitchen. It was another 15-20 minutes ....then 2 tortillas came with about 10 black beans, about the same corn, no salsa .. also no avocado .More apologies. My friend 's burger was ok,,,,3 asparagus, no fries, 1/4 pickle . I finally said do not bring my meal out again Bill for the burger. BAD experience, and enough time to feed us. there was only 1 other table ordering,

Until this restaurant cleans house.... think about it!

Delicious food made to order. They make their own green and red chilis which are very flavorful and delicious. The tamales were very good, the chicken ones were our favorite. I added chicken to the veggie quesadillas which were also great. The bar is a good spot to watch sports and hang out.

The avocado fries were good. The hamburger was over cooked. The chicken on the tostadas was not good maybe canned?? The prices were high for the quality of food. There are a lot of other restaurants around that area that are better.

Chicken avocado wrap was very bland . Needs a sauce . The guacamole & chips were awesome. The tortilla soup was good but very salty . The street tacos were good and very spicy with bits of jalapeno in the pico de Gallo

I went into the bar at the Wild Avocado not really expecting much in the way of food and ended with a new favorite restaurant in New Mexico. Amazing home made tamales and a fantastic breakfast burrito the next morning. Great bartender and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping in.

Well, we kinda didn't 'dine' here. We at at the Wild Avocado with a coupon from staying at the attached Rio Grande Inn. I've gotta say, this is one of the better chain hotel breakfast options. On checking in, they give a coupon for each day of the stay. ON the back of the coupon are half dozen or so breakfast selections (so that you don't order steak and eggs and a mimosa). We chose the breakfast burrito - twice. The green chile bacon burrito (tasty chile and a good amount of large pieces of bacon) was far better than the red chile sausage burrito (tasteless red chile and very little sausage - like almost none). One day my wife had their toast with avocado spread. Not so good. So, we'll stick with the green chile bacon burrito. Service was quite friendly. The atmosphere is a bit open and stark. But fine. Nice job.
