Tried to go in for dinner. I expect a Friday night to be busy and service a little slow. We walked in, were greeted and told to sit where we like. That was the last we saw of anyone. We waited around for over ten minutes before we got up and left. The only staff was a bar tender and one lady that occasionally left the kitchen but never seemed to actually help anyone. Most tables seemed to be waiting, looking around. What a shame, I had heard good things about the place. If you can’t get more than one person to run an entire place, you shouldn’t be open.

In the area so we gave it a try. Our waitress was fantastic, and we were very satisfied with our food. Great price for delicious, great quality food. Burger, Philly and fish were all good.

Sat for 40 minutes before waitress asked if anyone was helping us. Wings were basic. Drinks were good but took a long time to get to us. We each had 1 drink and a few wings being there over 2 hours. Not a very good experience.

While roadtripping through New Mexico we saw this place and the menu looked decent. You have to seat yourself which always gives me anxiety, but my group of 4 found a table easily enough and only had to wait a few minutes for waitress to take our orders. When taking our food order my friend asked if the wedge salad could be chopped. The waitress said the kitchen might be toooo busy for that, which is fine, but what killed us is the salad came out first, like within minutes of ordering! We were also hoping to see some fun swag to purchase (with a name like Alien Brew Pub - missed sales opportunity!), but didn't see any. Oh well. One and done!

Terrible customer service. If I could give a negative review, I would. I don’t know how they’re still in business ?? please spend your money where people respect it

Costumer service wasn’t great. As well the food and the fountain drinks.

Used to love this place. Burger was burnt. Curly fries were just several clumps of fuzed, burnt yuck. Not to mention it was literally 40 degrees in there. HVAC problems, I guess. Not going back.

This is my third update to Alien my Alien review. Who ever the manager /owner is, I'm addressing this to you.Dude seriously, are you trying to lose stars? I have been a loyal patrin here for years now, but what are you doing? First the pandemic, and I know that hurt, and I tried to be understanding. Then when you finally got to reopen you pulled the bacon wrapped dates. I get it, just reopened, money was tight, supply chain issues. But now you pulled everything good from your menu. Tuna, gone, salmon gone, bacon wrapped jalapeños, gone. Come on man, give me a reason to keep coming here. Now having said that, the beer is still great, the staff, I love those guys. But, BUT, management is making bad choices, your hurting your business dude. Please listen.

I've been here a few times over the last couple years, maybe the 4th or 5th time today. While the drinks have usually been good, the food has almost always been lacking.Today, the bartender was doing most of the ordering and serving for tables, and the waitstaff popped in late and rarely. He had to run back and forth a lot, which made everything take a lot longer. It took about 10 minutes to order and another 10 to get a salad and nachos. Only about 2 dozen folks in the place. They were out of the food I wanted. The table next to us ordered french fries and they were out of that. How? Meanwhile, the manager stood behind the bar talking to some gal and didn't help at all.Overall atmosphere is good. However, one of the speakers is off and so it sounds like the music is echoing in a stadium concert. It's a convenient location with good drinks, and rarely the food hits right. I'll keep coming back, but only if I'm not up/able to go somewhere better.

I bought my parents' gift cards from Costco this year with this place as one of the multiple options. They decided to eat there solely based on the gift card. Their experience was terrible. The fish they had was a tiny fellet covered in a ton of batter that was cooked in bad oil. The buns were hard like they were old. At the end of this terrible meal, they were informed that they did not accept the gift card. They pointed them to a small hand written sign on the inside of the entry door that will not be seen upon entry. To top off the experience, the bar tender was rude and constantly complained about her hangover from her bender at Knockouts strip club. They would have been happy to pay for the drinks but shame on this establishment for their bate and switch practices with well-known gift cards. A decent thing to do would be to contact Costco and have them removed from the cards.

So I really like this place but for the love of god update your hours and if you close early put signage outside about why you are closed early! I don’t want to waste gas just to find out the place is closed…
