Great place to catch covid. There is no social distancing, it is packed, even on weekdays. If you happen to be in a non-crowed spot for a moment, you can bet an employee (overworked and harassed) will soon be beside you trying to do something. I will not go back, even assuming I am not sick after today's visit.

We were denied entry because we traveled over 100 miles and I had 2 children with me. The @ssh0l3 security guard had the audacity to tell me to leave one of my children unsupervised in the vehicle. I will never shop at another Whole Foods again and will not renew my prime membership!

This review is based on my experience using the Amazon Prime curbside service during the Covid-19 pandemic. I've used Amazon Prime pick up here twice, and both times I had to wait way too long for my groceries. Both times I had to call the store to tell them I was there, even though the instructions are to use the app and no phone number is even provided. The first time, the person who answered the phone was annoyed I called because you're supposed to check in on the app. I told her I had, and had already been waiting 40 minutes. She begrudgingly got someone to bring out my groceries another 15 minutes later. Yep. I waited 55 minutes. The second time I called after waiting 30 minutes and the person who answered was more helpful and apologetic. However, the person who brought out my groceries was not wearing her mask over her nose, and seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. She asked me how many bags I had. Um... how could I know that? Then she said "No one knew you were here." I said I checked in on the app and she replied "I know." ??? So I guess that means no one was paying attention and *that's* why you didn't know I was here? Really unimpressed. Contacted Amazon Prime Support and they basically said "Sorry, that's unacceptable, here's $5 for your next purchase." Gotta say, that wasn't enough. I won't be going back to this location, and this might be the proverbial final straw with Amazon/Whole Foods. I like that Whole Foods provides healthy, organic food, but this is not complicated stuff. With all of the other issues with Amazon as a company, it's becoming harder and harder to justify Prime membership and patronage of either.

I met the state requirement for a face covering as I entered WF. Half way through look my shopping trip the manager offered me one of their masks because mine was not multilayered, etc and didn't meet Whole Foods requirements .... FINE. So as I was checking out their face mask broke, so I put mine back on. I didn't want to waste another mask for the minute left of my check out process. So the manager had the hired APD officer walk over to me and read me the right act about FACE MASK policy. I informed him I had been in this store on a weekly basis with this same mask and no one had ever said a word. He told me I was lucky WF didn't kick me out. Seriously, I'm following state guidelines for face coverings and I get harassed anyway. Where does the ridiculousness end? Whole Foods does not have a sign stating the type of face masks required, not even on their website does it state that masks are required, nor did anyone state as such as I entered the store. So they are going to wait and harass me as I am about to leave. There are many other organic food stores that would love to have my business that I will support from here on out. I have had it with this store, the rude employees and poor management that can't seem to keep the store stocked even before Covid. Love the Austin Whole Foods but as for this one, no more! I have had it with them. I will go to Natural Grocers and Sprouts where I have always been treated with kindness and respect. I didn't see why my friends spoke so poorly of WF in ABQ, but tonight I got a first hand experience of what they have been saying for years.

I am wondering why these incredible people who work at Whole Foods need to walk out to get fair treatment?? They should be getting double pay to even show up. Amazon. Owned by incredibly rich folks.... do you need the deaths if your workers to feel fulfilled? Treat them right... give them protection... double their wages... or you will see your bottom line sag.

Beware if you buy any of the fresh ground nut products such as almond butter at this store. Twice now I have bought what I thought was Ground Almond Butter-which is expensive. Got it home and tried some only to find its actually peanut butter which costs a third of what almond butter costs. Someone in the produce department is MIS-LABELING the containers of peanut butter and marketing it as almond butter which is more expensive. This is out and out fraud. And, in one instance, it was honey flavored peanuts that were used. As a diabetic, I could immediately taste the sugars. This is so wrong on so many levels. And, the area where you can grind your own butters is not fully stocked most of the time with containers. Not sure who Whole Foods is hiring but they are not good employees nor can they read.

Pre-ordered the Thanksgiving meal and we all were impressed with how well it all tasted... Had to season some items such as the stuffing and mashed potatoes but that's no big deal. Very good food we'd do it again. :)

It's a very nice market to go,you can find a lot of good options to eat, if you want a good selection of cheese and wine, this is the right place and also the desserts, ok God!

I really like Whole Foods but it's a little pricey for me, so I don't really come here a lot. However, I came to this location this weekend for a birthday cake for my niece. The cakes are great! Much better than the other places in town, like Smiths or Albertsons and worth the extra cash!Great place for desserts!

I am a (very) frequent customer at this location because of its proximity to my work. Because of this I get to see the same friendly staff faces regularly. This review is specifically in recognition of a cashier named Craig. I bet you know him. He's friendly, efficient and professional. But today he went above and beyond. I was embarrassed during the check out of a few lunch items because I somehow misplaced my debit card. I was going to have to leave my items. Craig didn't hesitate to purchase my lunch for me so I wouldn't have to go without. Hats off to you, sir. I am hopeful that management sees fit to recognize and take care of their awesome staff!

I visited this place several times getting lunch. I can make my own salad bar and skip items I do not like. I can also buy a tiny piece of bread instead of the entire loaf. That I did, several times. There is also an eating area in front of the cashiers where you can dine casually, read your email or the paper.

This Whole Foods is getting better in their lunch/dinner offerings. The salad bar is clean and there are a variety of sushi (Americanised) for adults and kids. I stick with the salmon/tuna sushi and it's consistently good. Of course, when you're at Whole Foods why not do your shopping (quite pricey on many items). Be a smart shopper! If you are a meat eater, their meat can't be beaten I am not, but I love their fish selection and even the frozen sustainably salmon is not bad. Don't go around lunch time as it's crowded and the seating area is very limited. Enjoy!

Love love this store, we always make it a point to stop off here during our cross country road trips. However today's experience was something left to be desired. BEWARE of a nasty rude unhappy miserable cashier by the name of Heather. It's obvious Heather hates her life and makes it her objective to be as vile and rude to customers as possible. I told Heather I had a bag with me so I can get a credit. She never acknowledged me, never said hi or asked how my day was. She could not scan my Amazon Prime Whole Foods app on my IPad and it took forever for her to finally get it scanned. At that point she made it seem like it was my fault for her inability to scan my app and that's when her inner nastiness emerged.I told her she didn't give me my bag credit and she snapped at me and threw me a dime. LET ME REPEAT THAT...threw the dime at me on the counter. Didn't hand it to me. I told her she should be a bit nicer to customers and she rolled her eyes at me, never once apologized. Not one store in my travels cross country have I ever encountered such rude horrid customer service/ cashier especially at Whole Foods where the level of standard should be held high. Heather should be working at a fast food joint graveyard with her crap on you attitude not here.I voiced my concern to Christine the manager and she was super sweet and said apologized. Seriously Whole Foods, get it together and train your employees to be more kind. We pay good hard earned money to shop there and this level of customer service from Heather was absolutely stunningly appalling.
