8/25 Edited. Things change. I love the donuts, the two ladies on the early weekends do such a demanding and great job, however recently the store doesn't open on time and the ladies are so short staffed they can't pay attention when I enter. Not the experience I'm looking for while in between jobs, I'll miss my regular visits as I find something else more reliable.

Easily the best donuts in town! Fresh selection, tons of choices, and nice employees. You gotta atleast try them!

They are open earily at 4am and they are ready for you.

This place has a variety of unique doughnuts that are unmatched.

The doughnuts are fun and funny in name and great in taste.

Just don't go after 9:00 because you don't get to have the full experience they stop feeling the donuts with cream and they're not even half price And the variety to pick from is very very slim understanding since they're about to close at 10:00 but not being able to have your donut stuffed with some Bavarian cream or some strawberry really sucks and takes away the value of the donut And you're still paying full price

The place was very dirty, employees were unprofessional, choose your donuts somewhere else.

My Girlfriend got fired from Amy’s on her first day while in training doing exactly what her coworkers told her to do. My Girlfriend (Mary) got a job working at Amy’s and was doing good had no problems throughout the day even cleaning the tablets that none of the other workers cleaned doing the most she could for this job. A lady came in asking for doughnut holes. When my girlfriend made a simple mistake of not giving her the right amount she was rude instead of understanding that it was her first day and mistakes happen. It’s a simple mistake that got taken care of and instead of going about her day she decided to make up a lie that Mary was rude getting her fired over 5$. This could have all been avoided if the owner would have asked the co-worker right next to Mary if she was rude. Instead the owner fired her while she was in training; how could she have known how many doughnuts were going to go in the box if she had not learned yet. This was a very bad way of handling this situation and if this is how Amy’s treats its employees choosing the side of a rude customer than there own employees I recommend finding a new place of business to purchase your doughnuts. And to Samarah Mata The rude lady who makes up lies about people when she doesn’t get what she want the first time you need to get a life I seen your profile and all you do is complain about the workers when you don’t get what you want. Both this owner and this employee need to grow up and handle situations like this better someone was fired because of it. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I was just in this location today and had a great experience—staff was friendly, efficient, and handled the rush like pros. So yes, please do think twice about working here if you’re not prepared to provide good customer service. As a customer, I’d like that standard to stay high.

Keep doing great

I am extremely disappointed with how Amy’s Donuts handled a situation involving my daughter on her very first day of training. She’s 17 years old, and like anyone starting a new job, she was nervous and trying her best to learn. Unfortunately, a rude customer came in, slammed a box of donuts on the counter, and aggressively claimed there were only 38 donuts instead of 72. Instead of showing any understanding or patience, this customer verbally attacked my daughter—who was clearly new and even wearing a name tag (something none of the other staff seem to wear).

The most frustrating part is that Amy’s Donuts chose to side with this rude customer based on a negative review that accused my daughter of “rolling her eyes,” even though the comment itself was poorly written and obviously exaggerated. My daughter was trying to remain calm while being yelled at, and rather than supporting a trainee or even investigating the situation fairly, the management decided to let her go—on her first day.

It’s unacceptable for a business to allow their employees—especially young trainees—to be treated with such disrespect. My daughter deserved patience and guidance, not to be thrown under the bus because a regular customer decided to lash out. If this is how Amy’s Donuts handles things, I would never recommend working here, and I’ll think twice about supporting a business that doesn’t stand behind its own staff.

Do better.

Usually, I have no issues whatsoever. I absolutely love Amys donuts, but I went in today and I ordered the buy five dozen get one dozen donuts hole free. Got my order paid for it no problem walked outside realized it Felt a bit light as I go in there once a week and order this sat in my car and realize they only gave me 36 donut holes. When I went back in there, the girl rolled my eyes when I informed her told the guy “she said there’s only 36 in here” He proceeded to look in the box and said yeah, go ahead and pack it up. Whenever she hand it back to me, she kind of tossed it on the counter and I asked her if I counted again. Will there be my 72 donut holes in there And she said “yea” Sarcastically. On my receipt, says my server was Mary Not sure If that was the girls’s actual name, as none of them were named tags. Kind of sucks being a regular there as I have manager meetings weekly and I like to get donuts for my staff makes me really wanna Find somewhere else, even though I absolutely love Amys donuts.
