Donuts looked good, atmosphere was nice. But one of the things that made me write this is the customer service. My sister and I stopped by since we always see the place and we always wanted to try. Tonight we finally had the time. We arrived, walked in and everything looked great. However the workers didn’t say hi or give us a greeting, not even a smile while I gave them one. They just looked around and when my little sister and I were looking at a few particular ones, they asked in an annoyed tone “are you getting one?” Then said “which one?”. They threw our donuts into the box and while we were looking at a few others we wanted to get. They took our box up and rang up the total. We tried to ask if we could get a few more but were ignored and then didn’t say anything. We stood there awkwardly for a few seconds then the worker told me to pay and I didn’t even know the total. I wanted to say Never mind and to go ahead and put them back but they already did as we asked. So I paid and said goodbye, they didn’t say anything back. I felt bad since my sister had to see and hear that, but we were nonetheless happy that we finally got the donuts. When we got home, we bit into one and it was wet - that’s somewhat of an understatement so I think soggy is a better word. We’re not sure if they weren’t cooked right or maybe they were sitting there awhile and the glaze probably melted. But we don’t live far, so there’s no chance that the heat got to them in the car. Not only that, but I expected them to have a little sweetness for 25 dollars. They were bland and it felt like we bit into a loaf of soaked bread. The fruits on one of them were a little too mushy and looked like they were bruised. Maybe next time it’ll be better. Hope your orders are better!

Amy’s beats the chain restaurants any day! They have a super awesome variety of options! Their maple bacon donut is my favorite! The prices are reasonable as well. We discovered this place by accident, but whenever we are in Albuquerque, this is a must stop! Awesome small business!

I've come 3 weeks in a row just to be sure about my rating There is lots of donuts to choose from but regardless I don't really think that any stood out on taste. You can get the same quality at any donut shop.
They are fairly expensive. I believe average is 3 to 4 per donut. The service is ok. They are fast but not friendly (3 visits) and I think they eclectic you to know what you want when there's like minimum 50 to choose from. So you feel rushed.
The place doesn't have anywhere to sit in the AM. All 3 times I was there about 730AM and there wasn't anywhere to really sit. The tables had chairs on top. No one ether was sitting inside on any of the days. It's come in get your donut and leave. That's the vibe.
