Ancora is one of mine and my husband’s favorite places to go on the weekend for brunch. I love the mission of this cafe, having my own loved ones facing addiction and recovery. The employees, management, and food is always wonderful. I am especially excited to see mofongo on the menu now and look forward to giving it a try when I go back!

Ancora cafe has become my regular spot. I came in one day because it was in my neighborhood, and stayed because of the kindness of the folks who work here.

I’ve absolutely fallen in love with the mission of Ancora, and over the last few months have been moved with gratitude at the opportunity to watch the staff grow into the knowledge that they are strong and capable people who have over come so much. I am so honored to call some of them friends now.

Michael makes the best, best latttes and Italian sodas! The menu is always so delicious. Darrin has done some amazing things, and the kitchen staff are always churning out new and exciting dishes. I love the opportunity to talk to all the staff.

Shout out to the event coordinator, there are constantly new activities and events going on weekly. Wednesday night karaoke has become a second home to me.

I am so blessed to have found a safe space in Ancora Cafe. Please check it out!

I loved this cafe, but some guy shaggy haired guy named andy keeps yelling at people. It made me feel really unsafe.
