Very good food. I was hoping for more soup given the name but it's a very good homestyle restaurant. And great food for lunch or breakfast. Great French onion soup and omelettes.

Cozy, cottage-core restaurant. The food here is made with LOVE!
It's decorated with cute vintage things, makes you feel like you're at grandma's. A lot of the people who come here are regulars and have known each other and the staff for years. This is a local hidden gem, don't skip it!

Annie's Soup Kitchen is a quaint, quiet restaurant with good food and good service. I like the Green Chili Chicken Quiche with a blueberry muffin. I added a side of potatoes the last time and it was a good meal. If you want a good meal at a reasonable price. I have always enjoyed Annie's.

Mainstay casual dining in the NE Heights for decades! Go for traditional breakfast and lunch items. Coffee could be upgraded to a better source. Tastes like Folgers, but all else, great! Walls a little clutter with objects. Less is more!

Annie’s Soup Kitchen - Albuquerque, NM
I recently visited Annie’s Soup Kitchen, and it was an experience that exceeded my expectations. The recommendation came from a friend who had lived in Albuquerque for many years, and I’m glad I took their advice—it was spot on!
I tried the crêpes and a burrito, and both were absolutely delicious. The crêpes were light, perfectly cooked, and filled with a delightful mix that struck just the right balance of flavors. The burrito was hearty and satisfying, with a great blend of ingredients that showcased the restaurant’s focus on fresh, quality food.
Beyond the food, the atmosphere of Annie’s Soup Kitchen made the visit even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming vibe from the moment I walked in. They made sure to check in and offer recommendations, making me feel like a valued guest.
Price-wise, Annie’s Soup Kitchen offers excellent value. The portions are generous, the quality is high, and you walk away feeling like you’ve truly gotten your money’s worth. It’s the kind of place that you could visit regularly without breaking the bank.
I’ll definitely make a point to revisit Annie’s Soup Kitchen next time I’m in New Mexico. It’s a great spot for a relaxed meal, and I can see why it has a loyal following. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy delicious food with friendly service!

Had a really enjoyable lunch today at Annie’s. Seems very much like a sort of down home comfy diner with a very relaxing feel. My wife and I both had soup and the quiche which were very good. The only comment we had was that my wife thought the French Onion soup could use more onions but then she really loves onions. The potato leek soup was very good. Too much food so we took home our zucchini bread for breakfast tomorrow (good problem to have). We will come back.

My quiche Lorraine had been reheated in a microwave-cheese was rubbery and bacon bits a bit stale. The French onion soup was very very sweet which was not to my taste. Zucchini bread was delicious. Probably won't be returning.

What a hidden gem. Stopped in and had the quiche with chicken and green chile along with the blueberry cream cheese muffin. My mom had the quiche with green chile, zuccinhi and corn. The quiche was the best ever and probably the best blueberry muffin I've had. Everything is fresh. They were sold out of the homemade carrot cake so I will be back for a piece soon. This will become a regular stopping place for me and I can't wait to try everything!

We wish we would have discovered this quaint little breakfast/ lunch place sooner. Kinda hidden away but very much worth searching for. I had Jacks and my husband had Huevos Rancheros. Both were worth having again.
