Our food was terrible. The steak was burnt but cold and dry... The pasta was cold and the sauce looked like spoiled milk.. couldn't even eat it. They "remade" our orders and was worse the second time.

Not a great experience at this Applebees. The servers were really nice, but there were some gaps in the service.
Waited for about 5 minutes for anyone to notice we’d arrived inside.
Food was not of great quality. Chicken sandwiches were very bland. Chicken on the pasta and salad was not good cuts. Some tough parts in there. I ordered a pint of beer and specified which deal I wanted and then they still charged me extra for what I ordered.

Whatever you do, do not go after 8 pm and definitely don't order the chicken fajita wrap!! The fries were gross, too! Our servers were fabulous tho!!

The food was not cooked right asked for chips several times they were stale each time it was dirty and our server was awful she never checked on us I had to ask another server for stuff several times

We are lunch as our car was charging. Friendly staff. Food prepared well. Clean. No complaints.

The restaurant was cold. It took our food to the wrong table then covered in sauce and then brought it back to our table. It was so cold that when our food hit the table it was cold. The waiter didn't know what he was doing. You should hear the cooks going off on the waiter. It's just an unpleasant atmosphere and it's sad because we really like Applebee's I don't like going to that location at all.

Showed up around 630pm on a Friday, location was about half full. Was seated in the bar area for almost 20 minutes without being served, so we decided to leave. Spoke with the manager on the way out and they attempted to key us by stating they would ensure service. Should’ve ensured service when we were seated instead of being reactive.

It's difficult to eat here if you have gluten issues. I was able to find something small and tasty that met my needs but the selections were very limited.

Horrible customer service! We ended up leaving because no one ever acknowledged us after 30 minutes!

The food was standard Applebee's, but there was no wait and we were serviced quickly. The service was ok, even when they got the order wrong, but she quickly took care of making it right.
