We came in today. Ordered a full rack of ribs and fish&chips. Sat there for 30 minutes for the server to bring my husband a half order riblets which he did not order and to tell me they didn’t have fish and chips. We’ve been patient with this location and its constant ups and downs in service and food quality but this is the final straw. 30 minutes to tell me you don’t have what I ordered AND wrong food? Foolish of me I suppose to go to a restaurant expecting food. This was the last straw. We’re done bothering with Applebees.

GM should be fired as well. As this has been happening for a while. Obviously they have no clue about the restaurant business. Or they just don' care. Go anywhere else.

Good fast friendly service, kept refilling our drinks. The shrimp was a little overcooked and dried out. Over all great service.

Food was ok. The girl taking orders for the To Go window, instead of calling me by my name or saying "maam" or "miss", literally called me over by saying "WOMAN." Super weird. Her parents should've helped teach her manners, but feel free instead to tell her as an employee to get some sense instead.

A pretty standard Applebee’s Grill. They’ve food was alright and the drinks mediocre. But I’m not sure of anyone heading to Applebee’s expecting just fantastic food anyway!

Terrible customer service and management. Better off going to Chilis. 0 STARS!!

I hate that I am even writing this review, because I loved coming to this one. I ordered online and the whole thing was awful. Wish the manager tonight would have actually made the attempt to make things right. First my order came out late cause the guy said he had forgot to bring it out. When I got home the food was cold. My sandwich was cold and soggy. The kids Alfredo was cold on top and warm on the bottom. The kids drinks were flat. No flavor. The French onion soup was so over heated that it was rock solid!! No way edible. There was a sticker date of Dec 5/24 on the queso. Today's date is Dec 6. They had me take it to them to show them. They replaced the kids 2 Alfredos, French onion, and he fthrew in a Mac n cheese I didn't mentioned, but he did and said in case that one was bad too🤔 I paid $62 for cold and bad food.
I am mote upset because this order was done at 5pm and we didn't get back home to eat the cold food as a family till almost 7pm. And two of these meals were for my 2 toddlers. And on my baby girls birthday. Really felt like they didnt give a crap on how this was all going. This totally sucked. I probably won't come here for awhile.

Used to be one of my favorite bars to watch football and sports with the neighborhood people but ever since the remodel this place lost its spirit. Food is trash, my guests I invite caught food poisoning after and the service is trash now.
