Our server, Jhonny is the best! His communication skills are above reproach. His ability to relate to the customer is tops. The food was awesome and the ribs are fantastic! This is the reason we come to Applebees. Don't loose him....he's got the magic!

Food was great, there was an altercation a couple tables away about a crying baby, but that's just the people that came that night. Always good.

Terrible. Aggressive clientele. My mother doesn't even want to go back to try it again. Waiter was nowhere to be found most of the time until we finally complained and even then I had to find someone just to pay my bill. I don't even know why I left a tip. Second nature I guess. I wish I didn't. Our burgers were wrong. And others that came in after us were served before we were and they're only excuse was we're cooking as fast as we can all. All I ordered was a burger. I had to leave the start just to be able to leave a review otherwise I'm not sure I would even leave one star.

I went to dine in on Friday evening. The host AJ was so friendly and my server Austin was so attentive and check on my needs as needed. AJ took my dishes and also asked if I needed anything else. Great customer service from both the host and server.

Server never asked how I wanted my burger cooked when I got it it was undercooked. Service was awful. It was like the server couldn't get rid of us quick enough. The manager was sitting at the table next to us and I'm sure he could hear us complaining yet didn't bother to address us personally or the complaint.... Didn't even get a discount or apology for the awful service, undercooked entree and over cooked app (which was the best part in my opinion. The sauce on our boneless wings that is not the lack of professionalism)

If you're thinking about eating at this location might as well go to McDonald's or Taco Bell. Everything tasted like it had been sitting in a freezer for a year. It all had that stale plain freezer burn taste. 89 dollars wasted. I didn't wanna complain cuz how uncomfortable my family and I felt. Our server kept talking and talking an stared at us the entire time from across the restaurant watching how unsatisfied we were an didn't acknowledge that. He knew the food was bad. The spinach dip was over microwaved an looked like guacamole not fresh at all. Our mashed potatoes were insanely salty at tasted like it came out a box. The steak looked watered down u can tell was also frozen. Our onion rings were brown and had dark grease dripping. The shrimp was smelly. I literally felt like I was in a kitchen nightmares episode.. Lesson learned. All four of our stomachs hurt an we each only took a bite or two. We will definitely not be returning. So sad to see a classic place like this go down the drain. Hopefully they get some corporate attention an fix this place up if not hope whatever they build there next is worth it I couldn't imagine it staying open like this much longer.
