Applebee's Grill + Bar

Applebee's is definitely not what it used to be. Food was okay, wait staff is doing their best, and really give it to him for the effort they give for the customers. My buddy ordered the 6 oz sirloin and it came out as a quarter inch thick piece of meat that looked like shoe leather. Will never go

The waitress was very nice. The place wasn’t very busy and could be a little cleaner. The ribs were nasty and dry they smothered so much sauce it didn’t even look good the potatoes were old and my husbands steak was raw. He even got sick ? trying to drink the beer. One waitress was rude demanding we sit back down until our waitress came with our check like we were kids! We will NEVER go back to this Applebees!

It was very comfortable and quiet in the restaurant when my family and ate there. Incredibly competent and friendly staff wanting to meet all your meal needs. The food tasted ? amazing!

Some of our food was seasoned less and some of our food was drier than the other Applebee's. But the service was amazing, no waiting, no fluff just very nice and efficient. Everything seemed clean but our window was dirty and it seemed bothersome that we asked for a table next to the one chosen for us. Our waitress was really great though.

So we had a long drive from Phoenix az. And we so badly needed food and use the restroom. Well the only good thing about the whole visit was the server. The bathroom was disgusting. The food was terrible. Believe me I wasn't expecting a great meal it's Applebee's but you can tell it was microwaved, it was so unsatisfying. So disappointing. Believe me the server was amazing and even there bartender was great but everything else was gross. There is a Texas roadhouse just across the way.

I ordered online. I went to go pickup my order and i was greeted by two staff who were very friendly, i was directed to go to the bar staff for my pickup order. So first off i ordered a sirloin medium-well WITH fries. There were no fries and my sirloin looked cooked at rare. I got the triple cheese pasta. There was absolutely no sauce or cheese in the pasta. Last but not least i got chicken nachos with extra cheese, there was more pico de gallo than chicken or cheese. The cheese was separate but the container was only filled half way. Applebees ya really outdid your self on this one. This location will no longer have my business if this is how they run things.

March 14. My Sister and I had dinner at Applebee's. Usually when you go to a Restaurant, you're greeted by a host/ess. There was no one at the front. There were several employees at the bar standing around talking. We seated ourselves. We waited for five minutes, but still no one came to serve us. I had to go ask for service. The guy that helped us made a comment that his shift hasn't started yet but he will get our drinks. We ordered our drinks and the next thing a couple female employees came to ask what we wanted to drink. I told her we have already been helped. The guy came with our drinks. He said our server will be with us soon. We waited...waited...and waited...after a good ten minutes wait. Our server came and took our order.Our Food wasn't as good. Broccoli was still hard, our steak was not cooked how we wanted it, the middle part was still alive ?. All together we didn't like the service, our server didn't check up on us until we were almost done. This is the experience we had. I don't plan on eating here again, at least at this location.

Bad service. No communication for people picking up orders. Just do better hiring better quality people. And spend some time on training them. Food is aight

I always have a good experience at this location. On a recent order they ended up being out of a item I ordered and they took care of me with a pricier substitute. All the food was perfect

Horrible service throwing our drinks and food on the table. Can’t even get a refill everyone walking around like zombies. Bar was closed and about 6 tables with people and it took 45 min for an appetizer.

Stopped in for a bloody mary on Saturday afternoon and sat at the bar. Great drink. Service was all you could ask for. Slice of crispy bacon in the bloody. Appreciate the positive experience.

Started out great but then waiter kinda just forgot about us. Had to ask 6 times for half of our food to be re heated as it came out

Not the ritz by any means, but we want on Christmas Day and the waiters and waitresses were so busy and they did an amazing job!Inside is a bit dirty and needs updates, but the food tastes alright.

Forgot my fries had to come back for them. After I was on the road, I realized they forgot daughter's chicken with her Alfredo.

Hadn't been to apple B's in awhile since they closed the one by my house. When I came in it was very welcoming. The food was spot on! I had the bourbon steak with sauteed onions and mushrooms! Steak was tasty and juicy! Picture below. Service was great. I also had the dessert the sizzling pecan Blondie which I would totally recommend to anyone! So yummy and will always come back here ! 5 stars for sure.
