Placed an online order. When I went inside to pick up my order I was notified they were out of some of the items. So I asked for a refund, which seemed crazy to the girl. Why would I pay for something I was not receiving. She then proceeds to get the manager who comes over and tells me i need to call the number on the app, which is the direct number to the store I am STANDING in. He then calls HIS boss on speaker phone and trying to explain to him the situation and all the boss says is take her name and number. So this was yesterday at 4:31 pm to be exact and I have not got a call back from anyone there and when you try to call the store the number is not working.
Yesterday I treated myself to some delish buy one get one free Ruben sandwich. It was a rare occasion and it tasted as Igood as I remembered it. Yummy.

I've ordered chicken from the San Mateo location in Albuquerque, NM twice in the last two months. BOTH times (in a row) the chicken was burnt almost black. I just want you to know that this particular location has done this twice in a row now. Unacceptable.
