I have never encountered such a hard fail from an Arby's. I got the brown sugar bacon BLT with curly fries. As my partner put it, the bacon was "baptized" in sugar. I wasn't looking for bacon flavored candy. The curly fries were hard like they'd been left over from a few days before. I usually save whatever I don't eat for a second meal. I took a few bites and had to trash the rest. I won't be visiting this particular Arby's again. I think I'd fare better with dry dog food.

I ordered 2 fish and cheese, 2 French dips, a Buffalo chicken sandwich, and a curly fry. I got 2 beef and cheddars, 2 French dips, and a curly fry! I tried calling, but they don't answer, and I live too far to go back! Also, the fries were stale! I'm not happy!

Roast beef was dry, all fountain drinks were flat and warm the machine had no ice the self serve for sauce and ketchup were all out and they knew it and we had to keep asking for stuff including drinks from the service window it'll be the last time we eat there.
