Went through the drive thru and ordered a mint shake and was told they dont have shakes,,,,well that sucks but moved on. When i finally got to the window to pay i was told they cant take cash. Well thats all i had on me. He looked at me like i was the crazy one. What a waste of time and gas going to this arbys.

Nothing worse having a ton of coupons for a place and not having them when u actually go to the place. Employees NEVER ever honor them. Even though they know they exist. Like it's coming out of their own pocket or something. Drives me crazy. I love Arby's though so I can deal with paying inflated prices I guess. Messy wrapping too but whatever.
Get the Reuben sandwich and their mozzarella sticks.

I had arrived at 5:20 ish order my order got to the window paid for my food, worker gave me my drink right away but what I didn't like to remind u I was the only one in line untill after a couple minutes after getting my drink. I seen that he had got a Arby's bag and place it by the register and started taking another order in drive thr I was starring cause I knew it was mines thought it still need fries so after he takes that cars order he takes the next order this time he positioned his body where I couldn't see his face felt like he knew. Once he was done he walked off only yet to remember my order was already there then that's when he gives it to me so after a good 2 minutes he gave my food not quite what I appreciate knowing I had a schedule to stick to and most of all the customer who paid 1st should gey their food not the one who needs to order not to sound rude he could of simply handed my food and still multi task.

We used to have an Arby's in Gallup NM but we don't anymore. I always love stopping for a regular roast beef and add the horseradish sauce to it.

Arby's has gone downhill for the last couple years use to love there beef and cheddar but not it is always cold like there curly fries and tastes like reprocessed meat trimming wouldn't recommend also way over priced ??
Great deals with coupons. Love the French dips. So yummy. The chicken salad sandwich is also a must try. Thank you.
