At this restaurant a lothey've always made mistakes. I tried to look over it because your food is decent. Not above average, just decent. The problem is the workers don't understand english so they mess up on the order and then they don't fix it. I.
Just ordered food that was over fifty dollars my order was the wrong order.Someone else's food .
I called right away.They didn't answer till an hour later.I had my receipt and they asked when I can come back. I told them Saturday's the next time. I'll be available if that's a problem. They said no save my receipt. So I saved my receipt. I went back to get it fixed like I had said which is two Day and they act like they don't know what's going on. Very and Rude.So before you leave, make sure you get your proper order and order it in Spanish.If you know spanish , otherwise they are going to get it wrong , the girl that is , there usually she does not know English and she has a problem with you if you don't order it in Spanish. I speak.
Spanish, so I'm always correcting her. when you're occupied mistakes happen, the problem is they don't have to be rude nasty, especially with a returning customer. I'm done with them. I don't need no more rude attitudes. There's a new. Mexican restaurant on 98th and Central that just opened.I'll start eating there.Hopefully I won't have any more issues .

Everything was absolutely amazing my husband loved his ground beef tacos 🌮. Second time eating here and they did not disappoint it was delicious. Thank you! The gal that took my order was very sweet and polite on the phone.

I really love eating work lunch here, and have since they opened this location. However the recent price hike of $2-3 on everything across the board has put them in competition, price-wise, with better restaurants. A dollar I could see, but just raising everything so dramatically, will drastically reduce the amount I come here, if I ever come back. I imagine they have out prices most of their customers, and think it will end up being counter productive. I really like the people and the food, so it sucks.

Prices went up and quality is just ok. They used to have specials and it was good for the food, but their prices are going up and the food is still just ok. Not worth the money.

8 Am is not working still close

It’s sad to say this company is nothing it puts up to be. Please don’t start with the customer service.THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY FOOD NO HATS BEING USED OR NO GLOVES WERE BEING WORN CROSS Contamination AT ITS FINEST They don’t even have a manager on duty to say the least the workers are talking horribly thinking we don’t know Spanish because our skin color looks white. What a horrible atmosphere you would think if you were paying more then 15 for a dish at a fastfood place the Decency to have it, at least warm She states the fryers are having difficultly at that moment why even be open if i could do 0 stars i would. FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE

Everything is horrible about this place this is the first and the last time I will be coming here it’s ridiculous that they say check your order which was done after I already paid which she tells me check the receipt and I already paid it’s crazy she asked if I wanted my money back I said yeah to buy proper food she remakes it for me food is cold as well you can tell in the picture nothings melted everything is horrible about this place would not recommend if I could put 0 out of 0 stars I would .

I’m not going to lie I’m very picky when it comes to carnitas… but these hands down have to be the best I’ve had! And the portions are great! Highly recommend Arturo’s!

Tried this for the first time, even though my son and his friends love it. We got the smothered fries, which were delicious but no writer near spicy by any means. Also tried a few different tacos; Asada, Barbacoa, Chicharrones & Taco Burger. The Asada was super dry, barbacoa was beyond perfect, Chicharrones were nothing but fat - not one bite with meat, and the taco burger was delicious! The salsas were both delicious as well! I got the Caldo de Res, which was packed full of meat and flavor, only problem was that the lid melted and put plastic all in my soup and made it spill in the car. Also got a pint of beans, which were very flavorful as well. Portion sizes were awesome for the price as well! We'll be back to try more items though!

LOVE this place - especially this location. Food is also good, reasonably priced & pretty quick (especially considering they make your order fresh). I haven't tried anything from here that wasn't good.

Great food, friendly service and very clean inside. Good red chile, finally! They have a paleta and ice cream shop in the same space, can't wait to try that next time.
