Awful staff, left waiting in drive thru for long enough for food to get soggy, waiting on salsa, went inside just to not stay in line and they say they aren't planning on making salsa for another 15 minutes which they could have just told us in drive thru. The food is okay, not authentic. 4/5/24 night staff. Boooooo.

Nice place and really nice while taking your order , nothing really bad to say but the food wasn’t flavorful at all. I had the tostadas (asada) flauta plate (pollo) and the gorditas (chicharron) . People who think 3 stars are good, need to remember mcdonald's has an average 3.5 stars. So if you think Mcdonald's is better, there's something wrong with your scale.The food was really good. The beans and spanish rice were on point. It took a while to get pur food, but I'm willing to bet it's cause it's made fresh.I got the Carne tacos and red Chili beef enchiladas. They both had great flavor, but there's no heat at all.I'll keep going back to try other things. Hopefully, spicier things.

We buy here quite often, today my wife had the bad experience (for the first time) of seeing that the cook was throwing garbage outside the premises, she returned and without washing her hands, she just put on a glove and proceeded to cook the order. The truth is we didn't even eat it. It was very unpleasant, and when he was there he didn't know what to do for fear of having an argument with the cook because he didn't seem very kind or friendly.I believe that when you have the responsibility of preparing food you have to be as hygienic as possible and on this occasion I saw first-hand the lack of hygiene. It is not something that has happened to us before in this place but ultimately the bad taste remains in the mouth and I think better about whether I want to continue consuming as often as I did.
