I really wish this location would move someplace bigger. The lines get crazy long here and there is practically no counter space to sit your drink down, get a straw or napkins without rushing to get out of the way. It also never fails I get someone who stands behind me and I can feel their nasty breath on me. I miss our mask wearing days because of this.
Customer service is either hit or miss. Some staff are friendly and others should really find a new job.
Why can’t you all make nugget pretzels with no salt? I always have to stand to the side and wait an additional 20 mins since there are never any in the warmer. Not everyone likes salted pretzels.

Ordered mini pretzel dogs and received something else instead, explained to the cashier (caucasian male possibly mid to late 50s) that this is not what I ordered! He said they were out of the mini pretzel dogs and what he gave me is what I asked for which is not true. This cashier then had the nerve to say that I was not listening. Instead of going back and forth with the cashier, regarding on what was said and not said, I demanded a refund! There was a lady in the back of the kitchen that said she can get the mini pretzel dogs ready in a minute. I begrudgingly said okay, and told both of them that I was charged for something else and did not want to overpay due to the cashier’s mistake. They dismissed my concern and the cashier said he “did not want to go through all of that!” I’m guessing he meant giving me back the price difference/refund. The lady in the back of the kitchen was insisting that I was actually paying less. Well my wife figured out that I was overcharged by a dollar and then the cashier decided to yell at my wife. This situation escalated for the worst due to correcting their mistakes. We will no longer patronize this place and will reach out to corporate regarding these unprofessional employees.

I stood at the counter for a whole 2 minutes staring at a worker who refused to help me. She just stood there cleaning the counter like a sloth. The way she was acting, she was def off a Xan. I literally just walked away, didn’t wanna deal with a drugged out person. Check your workers for drugs, please.

Worst customer experience. My friend is deathly allergic to DAIRY so we asked for one with no DAIRY on the pretzel. They gave us one with butter, and the manager didn't want to take responsibility. Don't come here if you want ppl to listen to you. The manager was too scared to give his name and Corporate's number. DO NOT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT

Went to Mall special .. Got Pretzels as always.. drove 45. minutes to get them!! Sent the daughter in she order and paid .. Didn't look at them as we purchased them to eat at home.. I called the mall and they gave me thier direct # 505-888-1915 .. man answered and refuse to speak nice to me.. Told me bring them back if you have a problem. Dam I am in wheel chair and drive 45 minutes to get and this is how they treat you.. I wanted refund for the burned items would gladly pay for the drinks.
