Love it! The pretzels and service are always outstanding. The manager (or who I believe is the manager) has been there for years. She keeps everything very clean, and her staff seem happy to be there. I live in Santa Fe but stop by Auntie Anne's when I'm in Albuquerque.
I really wish this location would move someplace bigger. The lines get crazy long here and there is practically no counter space to sit your drink down, get a straw or napkins without rushing to get out of the way. It also never fails I get someone who stands behind me and I can feel their nasty breath on me. I miss our mask wearing days because of this.

I always seek out pretzels when I am ever in a mall. Auntie Anne's was near Sears and a fair walk from Macy's where I was shopping. I was disappointed in that the shelves were quite bare as the young man said it would be another hour before he would get anymore pretzels. So I ordered the pretzel bites but they really didn't hit the spot. Management needs to be more on top of keeping the shelves full all of the time.
