We stopped here for lunch today and ordered breakfast instead because they serve breakfast all day. My husband got a chorizo scramble and I got the chilaquiles asada. Both were delicious, the chilaquiles especially so. After I ate what I could, my husband had to have some. Our server was great, pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere is casual but nice. The dining room is small and it was very busy, but we had no trouble getting a table. It's nicer on the inside than it looks on the outside. We saw several things on the menu we'd like to try and will definitely be back.

Enchiladas montada was amazing and the bacon wrapped peppers were perfect
My wife and I have dined here four or 5 times since we heard about it earlier this year. It is a quaint little restaurant with about 10 tables and a small bar. Food is always delicious. I've had the fajitas, enchiladas, tacos, and carne asada. All are fantastic. My favorite is their guacamole.

Not sure why this place has a 4.5 rating. The salsa that comes with the chips has a strong garlic flavor and not much else. Chips also come with nacho cheese. Ordered the shrimp ceviche, it was ok, the shrimp looked raw. My friend ordered shrimp veracruzana and I ordered bistec ranchero, but asked for ranchero beans over refried. The beans were ok, the steak ranchero was a slop of tomato soupy based broth with small chunks of charred meat. All of it was flavorless. I asked if the meat was precooked and thrown together, but she said everything was made fresh. That's debateable. I came here as I'm in town for the night on business and met a friend for lunch. I honestly wouldn't spend my money here.

We went on a night that was super busy, but the waitress still managed to be attentive and welcoming didn’t mind waiting. The food was good, especially the charro beans

I was the 2nd table for an early breakfast on a Sunday morning and within an hour the restaurant was packed. The food was delicious and fairly priced. If I ever come back to Albuquerque, I will definitely come back.
