Bahama Buck's - Albuquerque (Coors Road NW)

Went in last Sunday. One of the workers was upset about how busy they were and kept yelling obscenities repeatedly. Lobby was full of children. When I asked them to stop they laughed at me: when we got our order it was wrong

I contacted Bahama bucks and they never even responded so I guess they’re ok with this behavior from employees

Used to take my daughter once or twice a week. I’ll find somewhere else to take her now

Our 1st time, was a little pricey but the service was fast and pleasant, and the smoothies were all very good. Decided this will be our go-to ice cream alternative.

First time there. Employees are younger, but very helpful and friendly. They were all very understanding of my youngest who has a disability. Shaved ice is good, and they have a wide selection to chose from.

Bought 4 snows and all of them were half white. Only the top half has flavor and when I called the girl said she can't do anything about that because it's a common complaint. If that's true you need to re train employees how long to flavor the snow. I jist paid $23 for ice

We came in the drive up, they gave me a broken cup and the young girl was completely rude and instead of replacing my order she just gave me a huge cup, terrible customer service, plus I believe they are now watering down their syrups because it doesn't taste as good as it used too. Definitely changing my mind about coming back after years of being a customer.

In my opinion it is too expensive dirty and the service is really slow. Had 4 free snos, and it was still over twenty dollars.

Pre ordered catering and nothing on website said it had to be 24 hrs in advance and when I got there that’s when they told me they couldn’t fullfill my order bc “it never came up on their end” said I’d get a refund and still charged me whack I tell you

I love this place, so many flavors to choose from.

Kid-friendliness: Sugar free for kids and adults. Lots of flavors and candy for the kiddos

Found scraps of plastic in our ice, we got the wrong flavor and our Bahama Rama had little to no ice cream. Staff had poor communication due to them wearing air pods in their ears. Will not be returning. Quality has gone down

I would like to say that this is the best place I’ve been at. I’ve been going here since I was a little girl. The service I received was amazing. In particular Marci was a very lovely person and leaded her team well on such low staff. I too work with customer service and i know how costumers are rude and very low patient but however she answered questions my boyfriend had because he has never been here but overall best service ever.

Floors are always crazy sticky. Service is always slow. They don’t even start pick up orders until you’re there and even then not until you get somebody’s attention to tell them you’re here. 0/5
