Poor customer service. We go for the product not the long wait time or the rude service. My order is always wrong and they are always rude. Waited over 45 minutes in drive through.

Amazing service amazing work and the guy who makes the shaved ice is amazing ❤️

I really wanted to like this place, but the wait times are ridiculous. Every single time I come through the drive-through it takes forever, and it’s not just a one-time issue—it’s consistent. The whole point of a drive-through is convenience and speed, and this is the exact opposite. It’s extremely frustrating and not worth the hassle, no matter how good the smoothies might be.

I’ve been going to Bahama bucks for a long time. I’ve even worked there before and I just went this attention and this has been far been the best sno of my life. Big props to whoever made it. They honored my request for extra creme and it was perfection. Bravo!

Currently at location been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for 2 small flat tops with 2 other people waiting staff sitting around doing nothing and made random ice for no one absolutely insane never coming back to this location ever again this is absurd. Edit: made our order wrong after all that wait ridiculous.

Said store was open at 11, I drove all the way from the east side just for it to be not open at 11. We waited til 11:30 and still not open. Ridiculous.

We went through drive-thru and had to wait 30 minutes to get two drinks. We could not back out because a car was behind us. The entire time there were only 3 cars in front of us. This is a ridiculous amount of time to have to wait at an establishment that only serves drinks

Came in today and noticed a drive thru customer wanted a refund asking what they had changed. Employee said they were trying out a new block of ice. Customer said the texture is totally different and this is not what he comes here for. I have to agree with him. The texture is a now more icey and sort of grittier. It's no longer that soft snow like texture. My daughter had a habit of digging a tunnel through mound and she wasn't able to this time. She day it tasted the same but feels different. She also wasn't a fan. You had a product that people loved and was the only place that had soft snow like feeling and now your serving a crunchy snow cone. My suggestion go back to the product you were serving before. I can save the trip and the money and make my own crunchy snow cone at home with a much cheaper machine.

Please change your ice back. This is not good at all. This is the cheap ice you get from a kid’s homemade stand. It feels wrong and it doesn’t hold flavor.

I went through the drive thru and then promptly pulled around to the front to get a refund.

Very nice people and I’m sure they’re doing their best but there are seven people in here working and five of them are standing around and there’s a huge line…waited 20 minutes to get a snow cone 10 in the line and 10 waiting at window drive in

I totally forgot Bahama Bucks existed. But I went the other day for the first time in 5 years. Woah! Reminded me of going to Kona Ice Trucks as a kid. I got Pink Bubblegum & Tiger’s Blood.. it was made quick, there was nobody there but us.. seems like everyone goes through the drive thru.. cute place tho

In a world where customer service is often becoming a lost art, Monique went above and beyond to meet our last minute need. Give that girl a raise! Highly recommend!!

Wait times are ridiculous. Drive through or inside it doesn't matter. Time of day makes a difference, but ultimately I think they're just severely understaffed. Takes less time to drive to the one on Paseo del Norte and get your order right away

Mostly new staff when I went in today. I don’t think they knew the snow is supposed to be flavored twice. The bottom was completely unflavored snow. Thankfully Zeke was very nice and helpful corrected the problem by giving me a little more flavor to add to the unflavored snow.

This is the only location on our side of town. Over the last 4 months, the quality of our orders and service have significantly declined. Any given time there’s 4-6 high school looking individuals working the counter and drive through window, most to look under the influence as they have slurred speech and forget to give you drinks or leave out things from your order. Most recently in the last two days during our visits, every single item on our order has been wrong, like vanilla being left out of a Caribbean cola.. It’s disappointing and making us think twice before going and spending 20+ minutes in line for our orders to be wrong. I hope someone takes over this location soon. There’s nothing wrong with high school students getting jobs and working, very commendable… but there needs to be some direction as they’re very lost and orders are being made wrong.
