Barbacoa Juarez

Ordered Barbacoa and got more than 80% of the pound was lard. Spoke to the lady and she states she was the boss and that’s how it goes. Was very rude and unprofessional. Place was not worth it at all ,Does not greet the customers or attend them when dining in.

If I could Give this place zero stars I would came in here to buy some food was gonna wash my hands first as usual and use restroom lady in register yelled good after noon I’m like I’m gonna use restroom , you can’t use unless you purchase something shitty service shitty environment can’t use a restroom even if your a customer .. shitty atmosphere depressing staff !

Menudo had a really decent clean taste and big portions for the price I will definitely visit when in Albuquerque.

Had the menudo, great portions. Nice flavor, little heavy on the homony. Pollo flautos would have again. Service was super!

Super tasty and very nice family putting out some high quality meals! I got the four street taco plate, Juarez style with onions, cabbage, and salsa. Highly recommended! Also, super cool logo!

Brief stop for breakfast take-away.
Nice large container of Menudo for their Grande size. (So far we've had 2 small bowls at home, and there's definitely a 3rd one left in there.) Pan (bread) was buttered, griddled, and foiled to stay warm. Very tasty!
Tripe was clean and tender. Hominy was well cooked. Delicious flavor. Would like a bit more fat in my soup to increase richness, but that's just getting picky.
Would Recommend! Give them a try!

This establishment just recently started making carne asada burritos and tacos. I had the burrito and it was amazing. Today the owner is making me carne asada fries, which they aren't yet selling, but I will post about it today. Maybe he will start selling those soon.

So I got my carne asada fries yesterday. Even though they weren't on the menu as of yet. The cost was I think 13.50 before tax, as he was unsure how to price it. Normally he would have added guacamole and cilantro, but being as I don't like those, I had them removed.
So, coming from someone that is extremely picky ( won't eat more foods than I will eat) and as having a texture issue, I rate my carne asada fries an A+.
