If you want to get the worst customer service this is your go to baskin Robbin’s they will always mess up orders I try to give them the benefit of the doubt when they are busy but they don’t seem to care and have the nastiest attitudes ever

I’ve only been here twice I never write reviews I don’t like to complain. All I know is I came in one time. I loved the ice cream so I came back, ordered the same thing and the manager proceeded to charge me double what I paid last time and with no explanation or care as I proceeded to try and pay for my already made ice cream with one dollar cash and two separate cards being that I was on a budget

Ice cream was very good the only problem I had was that I bought a quart and a pint and my pint was full to the top but my quart wasn't full at all I should have just bought 2 pints because that's what I got when it was supposed to be a pint and a quart at $18.75 you would hope to get both of them full not

The staff is very friendly! The tables are always wiped down and clean. I just wish they had a little bit more seating. My daughter absolutely loves this place. So, if she does good in school, I'll usually take her on Friday so that she has Baskin-Robbins to look forward to and do good in class earn it.Oh, and my husband loves the ice cream cakes! A bit pricey for them, but it's only on his birthday or Father's Day that he gets them.
Parking: Maybe two or three spots that's right in front of the Baskin-Robbins. It's usually not to busy so I can get good parking.
Went out for ice cream after dinner lol, arrived at 8:25 pm. With three employees locked inside, they decided to stare at us while walking in. They had the door locked with an open time till 9 pm. Not one of them came to open the door, it's eye opening how these businesses treat people. All their faces were not inviting or welcoming, just stood there like they're not at work. SUPER SAD. MCDONALDS was able to deliver ice cream with decent employees. No wonder small business aren't getting business, blah blah shop local, complete fail imo. They shouldn't complain about business when they have the doors locked, unhelpful employees and no concern for their closing time at 9 pm. I'd give no stars if it was possible.
